| Legendary Jutsu - Swift Release:
Name: Swift Release: Movement Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: Legendary Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Self Specialty: Taijutsu OR Kenjutsu OR Kyujutsu Duration: 35 Chakra to start, 30 Chakra Duration Cooldown: Duration +5 Description: This is essentially an advanced jutsu that can be used to move at virtually instantaneous speed [SSS-0], granting the user an advantage over opponents with more strength than speed, such as users of Chakra Enhanced Strength. This nature therefore renders the user invulnerable against most Taijutsu. This jutsu boosts the max movement speed of the user to SSS-0 it cannot however be stacked with other speed based jutsu, and will cancel out any speed based jutsu already in effect. The user spends 35 chakra to start this jutsu and pays 30 chakra for each post of duration. The user will feel no ill effects to using the jutsu, nor stuns.

Name: Sage Summoning: Silver Back Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: / Specialty: Senjutsu, Great Ape Clan Duration: Until dispersed or destroyed Cooldown: Duration + 3 Description: The Sage can summon up to 3 powerful Silver Back Gorillas. All 3 are equal strength and skill to that of an A-Rank Jounin. The Silver Backs specalize in Taijutsu, are very intelligent and capable of speaking english. They are fiercely loyal to their summoner and willing to die to protect them.
- Sage Summoning - Kong:
Name: Sage Summoning: Kong Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: S Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: / Specialty: Senjutsu, Great Ape Clan Duration: Until dispersed or destroyed Cooldown: Can only be used once per thread Description: The Sage can summon Kong, the Chief Gorilla of the Great Ape Clan. He has the strength and skill of an S-rank Jounin. Kong stands over 50 feet tall, and answers only to the Sage who summoned it. However, on random occasions Kong will rebel and attack everyone, even the summoner. (These random outbursts of violence decrease the more he is summoned.) Kong is very intelligent and is capable of speaking english. He knows Taijutsu, and his elemental affinity is Wind. He is able to exhale a tremendous blast from his mouth that can destroy an area the diameter of 5 city blocks. (Kong needs one full post undisturbed before he can fire it, if interrupted he must start again.) If a summoner combines this with a Fire technique, this attack becomes much more dangerous. After use, the Wind blast requires a 5 post cooldown before it can be used again.

| A Rank Jutsu - Storm Release – Laser Circus:
Name: Storm Release: Laser Circus Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: Ranton (Raiton + Suiton) Range: All Ranges Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 2 posts Cooldown: 4 posts Description: This technique creates several beams and shoots them at the enemy. First, a halo of bright energy spreads around the user's hands as this technique is activated, then the technique encircles the user's hand and from that the beams are shot out towards the enemy. The user is able to alter the beams direction after being shot, making it possible to strike multiple enemies with pinpoint accuracy, even bypassing hostages held in close proximity. The user can increase the number of beams to a great amount to pin down an enemy. If several shinobi use this technique at once, it also has the convenient side effect of blinding the opponent. (25 Chakra)
- Angelic Reaper Bullets:
Name: Angelic Reaper Bullets Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Type: Offensive, Supplementary Element: Raiton Range: 1,000 Feet (Used from Scythe) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 Post per 5 bullets Cooldown: 2 Posts Description: This ninjutsu creates 5 chakra bullets to be transferred or loaded into the Angelic Reaper Blade scythe. The raiton bullets themselves travel at the user's current speed. They hit with such a tremendous force that not only do they easily pierce armor and flesh but the raiton itself burns the impact sight within a radius of three inches in all sides. These bullets can pierce straight through unprotected flesh, and can easily pierce right through any armor of B rank or lower in a single shot.
- Cloak of Angels:
Name: Cloak of Angels Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C - A (A Rank) Type: Offensive, Defensive Element: Raiton Range: Self Specialty: Chakra Flow Duration: 3 Posts Cooldown: 5 Posts Description: The user surrounds themselves in Raiton chakra, covering themselves from head to toe. This creates a shield of sorts around the user to repel their enemy, and keep them from touching them. It varies in power.
C Rank - Mild electrocution upon touching, enough to force the opponent from being able to grab/hold on to the user and maintain prolonged contact. Will cause first degree electrical burns from point of contact. (15 chakra)
B Rank - Severe electrocution, enough to send the target flying back about five feet or so, and stun them for 1 post. It also causes second degree electrical burns from point of contract which spreads out an inch around the initial site. (20 chakra)
A Rank - Third degree burns at point of contact with the burns spreading out in a radius of two inches around the area that has touched the user, and the imminent probability of the user being killed due to the massive amount of electricity shooting across their heart upon contact if they do not receive medical attention within 3 posts.. Contact with the user at this point will cause a two post stunning effect. (25 chakra)
- Hiding with Camouflage Technique:
Name: Hiding with Camouflage Technique (Meisaigakure no Jutsu - 迷彩隠れの術) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Self Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -35 chakra per post || Maximum of 10 Posts Cooldown: Duration + 10 || Twice per Thread Description: This is a ninja escape technique that allows the user to control how light is reflected around their body with chakra inflections. The technique also erases the user's scent and shadow, and is usable on any terrain, making it ideal not only for covert manoeuvres but also offensive strikes. Perceiving the user's position is possible only for ninja who are astute enough to observe minute variations within their surrounding environment, such as distortions of air currents in the immediate vicinity or distinguishing sounds, i.e. footsteps etc. The usefulness of this ability can be entirely negated by those with special vision or sensory skills, except for particularly adept users, who can completely erase even their chakra signature with it.
- Rasengan:
Name: Spiraling Sphere (Rasengan ~ 螺旋丸) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: / Range: The user's palm Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -20 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 2 Description: Spiraling Sphere creates a skull sized sphere of raw chakra in the user's hand. Performing this technique doesn't require any hand seals, it simply takes roughly six seconds of preparation, wherein the user concentrates a large amount of chakra into the centre of their hand, applying intense shape manipulation to contort it into a ball. This sphere can be maintained in the user's hand for up to two posts before dissipating. On impact, Spiraling Sphere can severe limbs [if it impacts with the appropriate joints] and cause severe physical trauma, shattering bones around the impact site as well as rending cleanly through up to six inches of flesh. While the Rasengan, unless impacting with the head or heart, cannot cause immediate death, it can cause severe internal trauma that can require immediate medical treatment.
- Hot Fist:
Name: Hot Fist (Nekkiken - 熱気拳) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A-Rank Type: Offensive Element: / Range: Melee Specialty: Taijutsu Duration: 1 posts Cooldown: 6 posts Description: The user focuses their chakra into their arms and fists and condenses it until it heats up to the point of causing steam to leak from their pores. The user then fires a massive number of high speed punches at the target, which when combined with the superheated chakra and steam heating of the air around the user and target creates the perfect storm of extreme physical trauma and severe burns. The target is almost guaranteed to suffer catastrophic internal injuries as well as second and third degree burns over a significant portion of their body.
- Bubble Barrier:
Name: Bubble Barrier Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C - A Type: Offensive Element: Suiton | Raiton Range: C: 15 Meters | B: 20 Meters | A: 25 Meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: C: 2 Posts | B: 3 Posts | A: 4 Posts Cooldown: C: 3 Posts | B: 4 Posts: | A: 5 Posts Description: The user blows out a large amount of raiton infused bubbles. These bubbles surround the user, effectively creating a sort of barrier between themselves and those around that is in a 3 meter radius of the creator. These bubbles are roughly the size of a basketball, and can be spaced as far apart as one foot, or as close together as touching. Once these bubbles are created they cannot be moved or controlled by the creator (save for a wind jutsu, or fanning them in a particular direction, ect.). The damage these bubbles inflict when touched or popped varies depending on their rank. These bubbles will last a specific number of posts depending on their rank, or until they're all popped. Incidentally, the creator of these bubbles is completely immune to damage from them. C Rank: Bubbles of this rank are capable of causing first degree electrical burns upon contact, per bubble. These burns will roughly be 2 inches in diameter, but only surface deep. (Creates 50 bubbles) B Rank: Bubbles of this rank are capable of causing second degree electrical burns upon contact, per bubble. Anyone who touches a bubble of this rank will experience a stunning effect of one post. The burns caused by these bubbles will be 2 inches in diameter, and roughly half an inch deep into the skin. Touching, or being touched with more then five bubbles at this rank will cause excessive heart damage and brain damage – if not treated in five posts by a Medic of B rank or higher it will mean certain death. (Creates 75 bubbles) A Rank: Bubbles of this rank are capable of causing third degree electrical burns upon contact, per bubble. Anyone who touches a bubble of thise rank will experience a stunning effect of two posts. The burns caused by these bubbles will be 3 inches in diameter, and roughly half an inch deep into the skin. Touching, or being touched with more then three bubbles at this rank will cause excessive heart damage and brain damage – if not treated in three posts by a Medic of A rank or higher it will mean certain death. | B Rank Jutsu - Shadow Clone Technique:
Name: Shadow Clone Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B-rank Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: / Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: Until the clone is destroyed, dispersed, or runs out of chakra Cooldown: Three posts after the last clone is destroyed. Description: Similar to the Clone Technique, this technique creates clones of the user. However, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The clones are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original. Shadow clones can't be distinguished from the actual person even by the Byakugan because the clones have the exact same amount of chakra and aren't made from any other substance.
A characteristic that is unique to the Shadow Clone Technique is that any experience the clones gain during their existence is transferred to the user once they are dispersed. This makes the technique ideal for spying, since the user can simply send a clone to spy on a target, then have the clone disperse itself without returning to pass the information back to the user.
(When making a Shadow Clone the user must spend 20 of their chakra per clone, however they may if they so choose give their clone more chakra. Example: If you want your clone to have 50 chakra then you must spend 20 chakra to make the clone and an additional 30 on top of that for the extra 30 chakra. Each clone otherwise will have 20 chakra unless given more - when the chakra is used up the clone will disappear.)
- Black Flash Kicks:
Name: Black Flash Kicks Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Raiton (If Applied), Fuuton (If Applied) Range: 0 - 15 Meters Specialty: Taijutsu, Chakra Flow (If Elements are Applied) Duration: 1 Post Cooldown: 3 Posts Description: The jutsu starts when the user sends a side-kick into the opponent's chest/fneck/face area with their left leg. Three more kicks follow, in exactly the same manner as this. Following this is a a straight kick up,right into the opponents chin, hard enough to snap their head back, this is followed by another kick as the leg comes back straight down, catching the opponent in the jaw to snap their head back down. The user than spins, gaining momentum, to kick the opponent, using their right leg this time, in the face, with enough power to now set the opponent off balance. This is followed by another kick before the user spins, gaining even more momentum and sends a kick into the opponents chest, again. Two more spinning kicks follow this. The user than preforms another chin kick, launching the opponent into the air. Following them the user lands one final kick, sending the opponent even higher up. The user backflips, back to the ground, unharmed, while the opponent is sent flying off to crash land on the ground. If raiton is applied, each kick carries a moderate shock, meant to paralyze the opponent between kicks, rendering them opening to the next in the sequence. Additionally, the final kick is often supplemented with Fuuton, allowing the user to launch the opponent higher into the air. Each kick is filled with enough power to bruise both skin, muscle, and organs, and break or shatter bones.
- Into Hell's Gates:
Name: Into Hell's Gates Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Fuuton Range: 0 - 30 Meters Specialty: Taijutsu (B Rank), Chakra Flow(C Rank) (Must know Sky Ways) Duration: 2 Posts Cooldown: 5 Posts Description: Into Hell's Gates is the more deadly version of Sky Ways. The user sends an upper cut into the opponents chin, hard enough to stun them for one post, reinforced with Fuuton chakra to send them flying about 30 meters into the air. The user than jumps into the air, pushing themselves up with Fuuton Chakra to send them up and past their target to be positioned for the part two of the attack. (First Post) The user, after having positioned themselves above the target starts to preform a barrage of kicks (16 in total). Each kick is reinforced with Fuuton chakra, causing them to hit harder and faster than previous in Sky Ways. The barrage of kicks continues until the opponent is slammed into the ground, usually sinking in a good foot or so from the force of the kicks. The kicks are hard enough and powerful enough to break and shatter bones easily and cause internal damage to the opponents organs. (Second Post)

| C Rank Jutsu - Force Palm:
Name: Force Palm Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: None / Raiton Range: Close (0-5m) Specialty: Taijutsu, Chakra Flow Duration: One post Cooldown: Three posts Description: Force Palm is an application of precise chakra control. The user thrusts a open palm at the target, usually aimed at the chest or upper abdomen. Just before impact (less than one inch away) the user releases a large burst of chakra at the opponent. The chakra chakra is released with enough force to completely stop and reverse the target, launching them off their feet and sending them crashing backwards. The target will have trouble breathing, possibly with bruised muscles and cracked bones if timed appropriately. With the timing and prep needed for this technique, it is best if used as a quick counter attack. If Raiton is applied to the technique, the thrust will deal a heavy shock to the target, sending their nervous system into a brief spasm, stunning them for one post.
- Volt Tackle:
Name: Volt Tackle Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Raiton Range: Close (0-5m) Specialty: Taijutsu, Chakra Flow Duration: One post Cooldown: Three posts Description: This jutsu is meant to subdue opponents after causing damage to them. After channeling enough Raiton through and across thier body, the user will charge at the target with the intent to tackle them. If direct hit is made, the user will shock the target into submission. The shock is enough to send someone one into convulsions; making them incapable of controlling their own bodies afterwards; thus stunning them for 1 post. The Raiton chakra is also enough to leave up to first to second degree burns.

| D Rank Jutsu - Sky Ways:
Name: Sky Ways Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Offensive Element: Non-Elemental Range: 0-15 Meters Specialty: Taijutsu, Chakra Flow Duration: 1 Post Cooldown: 3 Posts Description: The user attacks the target with an uppercut which throws them skyward with the force. The user than jumps up after them - expelling chakra from their feet to propel them upwards and past the intended target. After positioning themselves above them the user than begins a barrage of kicks to the target (8 kicks, in quick succession), sending them smashing into the ground. While not powerful enough to break bones, this jutsu is powerful enough to cause severe pain, and cause bruising to both flesh and muscle.
- Temporary Paralysis Technique:
Name: Kanashibari no Jutsu (Temporary Paralysis Technique) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: 20 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: Maximum of 5 posts Cooldown: Duration + 2 posts Description: A technique that physically restrains an opponent, as if the opponent had been tied in invisible steel ropes. It debilitates the victim for a short period of time, which allows the user to either strike again, or take the target into custody. This is a D-rank ninjutsu where the intensity will vary greatly according to the user's level of skill. This jutsu will only work on people who are your rank or lower. If used on someone of your rank, there is only a 50% chance of the jutsu succeeding. The jutsu can be cast on a maximum of 3 targets at once.
- Solar Flare:
Name: Ninja Art: Solar Flare Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Short(0-5m), Mid(5-15m) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 3 posts Description: This jutsu requires no hand signs; instead the user raises their hands so that fingers are spread wide and the palm is flattened and facing inward, the tips of the middle and ring fingers touching the user's temple and face. The user then channels a burst of chakra to the hands, releasing it instantaneously as a blinding flash of light. The flash is bright enough to stun for 1 post and blind for 2 more post anyone standing within a fan shaped radius of 10 meters in front of the user.
- Snap Spark:
Name: Snap Spark Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: / Specialty: Ninjutsu OR Chakra Flow Duration: / Cooldown: 2 posts Description: An extremely simple jutsu in practice and function; the user merely focuses a small amount of chakra to the pad of the thumb of their dominant hand and then snaps their fingers normally. This causes a small burst of sparks to fall to the ground. This jutsu is meant to be a quick ignition source for other jutsu; but may also be used as a distraction. The sparks are no hotter then what fall from a child's sparkler and cause no damage; but the sting can make for a useful surprise.
- Smokescreen:
Name: Smokescreen Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Short (0-5m) Specialty: Ninjutsu OR Chakra Flow Duration: 3 posts Cooldown: 5 posts Description: The user inhales deeply; mixing chakra in their lungs and throat to produce a thick cloud of black smoke over a specified area. Within the smoke cloud the visibility is reduced to less then three feet. The smoke is not-lethal; but it does sting the eyes and lungs; causing anyone caught in it to cough, wheeze, and tear up. Can be dispelled with a Wind jutsu of equal or higher rank.

| Academy Jutsu - Substitution Jutsu:
Name: Substitution Jutsu (Kawarimi no Jutsu - 変わり身の術) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: / Specialty: / Duration: / Cooldown: 3 posts Description: With this technique, users replace their own body with some other object, generally with a block of wood, the moment an attack lands. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. From this, the user can use the lapse in the enemy's attention to attack or flee from the battlefield. Explosive tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. It's a basic ninjutsu even taught at the Academy, but it's a useful art that can be applied in variety of situations, as it allows for a swift getaway from danger.
- Clone Technique:
Name: Clone Technique (Bushin no Jutsu - 分身の術) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: / Specialty: / Duration: - 5 chakra per post. Cooldown: Duration + 2 Description: A ninjutsu that creates an intangible copy of one's own body, without any substance. Since the clone itself doesn't have the ability to attack, and thus can only be used to confuse the enemy, it is mainly used in combination with other ninjutsu. It's a basic technique, but depending on one's ingenuity, it can be used effectively. The clones may not dissipate when they come into contact with something. These clones can be easily distinguished by persons with dōjutsu. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones do not have shadows and will not disrupt the area around themselves with their movement (i.e. won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.).
- Transformation Jutsu:
Name: Transformation Jutsu (Henge no Jutsu - 変化の術) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: / Specialty: / Duration: -10 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 4 Description: Given all the missions ninja are assigned to - battle, intelligence gathering, diversions - this is a priceless ninjutsu. It is typically used to change into people other than oneself, but one also has the ability to change into animals, plants, and even inanimate objects like weapons. This gives this technique an abundance of uses. The transformation of a skilled shinobi will be exactly like the genuine article, so it will be impossible to tell the two apart. On the other hand, a transformation performed by an inexperienced person will have obvious discrepancies. It will be impossible to deceive anyone with it. This is one of the most basic ninjutsu, as such most shinobi know how to perform it.
Detection of this jutsu is related to you Reaction Ability Stat. If your REA stat is equal to or lower than the Rank of the person Transformed, you will not be able to detect that they are using a jutsu. If your REA is at least 1 sub-teir above that of the Transformed user, you will be able to see through the transformation.
- Body Flicker Technique:
Name: Body Flicker Technique (Shunshin no Jutsu - 瞬身の術) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: / Specialty: / Duration: / Cooldown: / Description: By using the Body Flicker Technique, a ninja can move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed.[2] To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and the intended destination.
The Body Flicker Technique CANNOT BE USED IN COMBAT. It can only be used to enter, or leave, a thread.

| Dovahkiin Clan Jutsu - Unrelenting Force:
Name: Unrelenting Force Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B - SS Type: Offensive Element: / Range: 0 – 10 Meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 Post Cooldown: 3 Posts Description: Unrelenting Force is the very first shout learned by the Dragonborn. This shout is the most often used for most of the Dovahkiin clan as it comes in handy during most situations. The strength of this Thu’um depends on the strength of the Dovahkiin, as it grows in power as they learn more words (rank up). B – Rank: "Fus!" Hitting someone with the Unrelenting Force shout will cause a knock back effect of 2 meters. It can only be used on one person at a time. This is handy when used against an opponent who uses physical attacks as it can cause them to lose their balance, thus interrupting their attack. The words must be spoken for the jutsu to work. A – Rank: "Fus Ro!" Hitting someone with the Unrelenting Force shout will not only cause a knock back effect of 3 meters but will also interrupt any jutsu the opponent might be attempting to perform. This can be performed on two people at the same time so long as they’re within three meters of each other. S – Rank: "Fus Ro Dah!" Hitting someone with Unrelenting Force at this rank will cause anyone within a seven meters of the intended target to go flying backwards, off their feet, for 5 meters. This will cause them to suffer environmental damage, and will stun any of those affected for their next post. If used near a cliff or high drop this will cause them to also suffer fall damage or even death if the area is high enough up. SS – Rank: "Fus Ro Dah!" Hitting someone with Unrelenting Force at this rank will cause the same knock back effect as before, however anyone not wearing A-Rank or higher armor will be incinerated (turned to ash) by the sheer volatile force of this jutsu.
- Whirlwind Sprint:
Name: Whirlwind Sprint Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B-S Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: All Ranges Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 Post Cooldown: 3 Posts Description: Whirlwind Sprint is a shout that causes you to rush forward at great speed. It can be used even if you are overencumbered. This shout carries you horizontally, so do not use it to go down slopes; you will find yourself in mid-air when the sprint ends. B Rank: "Wuld!" This word will cause you to rush forward 50 feet with a +1 to your overall speed. A Rank: "Wuld Nah!" At this rank you will rush forward 75 feet with a +2 to your overall speed. S Rank: "Wuld Nah Kest!" At this rank you will rush forward 100 feet with a +2 to your overall speed.
- Disarm:
Name: Disarm Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B - SS Type: Supplementary | Defensive Element: / Range: Medium Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 Post Cooldown: 3 Posts Description: Disarm is a shout that pulls the weapon out of an opponent's grasp. The rank at which the user can use this jutsu will depend on who all can be disarmed and how many people at a time. When the opponent is disarmed their weapon, no matter what rank is used, will go flying fifteen meters away from them. This can only be used when the user is within 15 meters of someone. B Rank: "Zun" This can only be used on 1 person at a time. Only Chuunin and lower can be disarmed with this shout. A Rank: "Zun Haal" This can only be used on 2 people at a time. Only Special Jounin and lower can be disarmed with this shout. S Rank: "Zun Haal Viik" This can only be used on 3 people at a time. Only Jounin [A] and lower can be disarmed with this shout. SS Rank: "Zun Haal Viik" This can only be used on 4 people at a time. Only Jounin [S] and lower can be disarmed with this shout.
- Slow Time:
Name: Slow Time Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B-S Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Self Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1-3 Posts Cooldown: 2-6 Posts Description: Slow Time is a Thu'um that gives those of the Dovahkiin the ability to see things in slower time; increasing for a brief period of time their perception of the events going on around them so long as it is within their eyesight. B Rank: "Tiid!" When used the user can see things as if time has slowed down around them, allowing them to pull of feats otherwise not thought possible: such as perceiving attacks aimed at them. This increases their reaction time +1 tier. This lasts for 1 post. Cooldown is 2 posts. A Rank: "Tiid Klo!" When used the user can see things as if time has slowed down around them, allowing them to pull of feats otherwise not thought possible: such as perceiving attacks aimed at them. This boosts their reaction time +2 tier. This lasts for 2 post. Cooldown is 4 posts. S Rank: "Tiid Klo Ul!" When used the user can see things as if time has slowed down around them, allowing them to pull of feats otherwise not thought possible: such as perceiving attacks aimed at them. This increases their reaction time +2 tier. This lasts for 3 post. Cooldown is 6 posts.
- Dragon Aspect:
Name: Dragon Aspect Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B - SS Type: Supplementary | Defensive Element: / Range: Self Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 2 - 8 Posts Cooldown: 4 - 16 Posts Description: Dragon Aspect is a Thu'um that improves your resistance to damage by creating an armor. The stronger the shout is the stronger that the armor is, the more of the body it covers, and the longer it lasts. This jutsu provides protection against physical attacks as well as jutsu attacks of the rank used and lower. B Rank: "Mul!" This causes an armor to appear around the users arms that is of B rank in strength. This armor protects against jutsu and physical attacks of B rank and lower. This armor lasts 2 posts. This has a cooldown of 4 posts. This costs 20 chakra first post, and 15 chakra for the second post. A Rank: "Mul Qah!" This causes an armor to appear around the users arms and head that is of A rank in strength. This armor protects against jutsu and physical attacks of A rank and lower. This armor lasts 4 posts. This has a cooldown of 8 posts. This costs 25 chakra first post, and 20 chakra for each post after. S Rank: "Mul Qah Diiv!" This causes an armor to appear around the user that covers their entire top half of their body (from the waist and up). This armor protects against jutsu and physical attacks of S rank and lower. This armor lasts 6 posts. This has a cooldown of 12 posts. This costs 30 chakra first post, and 25 chakra for each post after. SS Rank: "Muh Qah Diiv!" This causes an armor to appear around the user that covers their entire body. This armor protects against SS rank attacks (up to a total of 3). After this limit has been reached it will only protect against S rank attacks and lower. This armor lasts for 8 posts. This has a cooldown of 16 posts. This costs 35 chakra first post, and 30 chakra per post after.
- Become Ether:
Name: Become Ether Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B - S Type: Supplementary | Defensive Element: / Range: Self Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 - 3 Posts Cooldown: 2 - 6 Posts Description: Become Ethereal is a dragon shout that turns you into an ethereal form. While in this form, you cannot deal damage or take damage (including damage from falls or poison). Attempting to interact with the world, via fighting, accessing a container, or talking to an NPC, causes the effects of the shout to stop working. B Rank: "Feim" You can become ethereal for up to 1 post, protected against all damage. This costs 40 chakra. A Rank: "Feim Zii" You can become ethereal for up to 2 posts, protected against all damage. This costs 50 chakra. S Rank: "Feim Zii Gron" You can become ethereal for up to 3 posts, protected against all damage. This costs 60 chakra.
