PostSubject: A situation? Or a solution? [Kurai, Luke, or Invite]   Mon Dec 21, 2015 6:46 pm

Nyx had been escorted to Kurayamigakure to go visit, and to deliver some important information. Temaki had no reason not to trust her daughter, nor the ANBU who escorted her, so she knew she would be safe. Still, she worried. Nyx was her daughter, and it was a mother's job to worry about their children, specially given this was Nyx's first trip outside of the village.

To distract herself from this worry, however, she was seated at her desk and bent over some paperwork that needed completed. While her secretary, an awesome woman who helped Temaki as much as possible, normally handled the paperwork with the sort of stuff that needed taken care of it was definitely up to Temaki. Besides, there were only so many things her secretary's signature could go toward. No, this was definitely something that Temaki herself had to handle.

Like usual the Harukage wasn't in her kage robes and was in fact dressed in a black tank top, black pants, and typical shinobi sandals. Her kage hat with the village symbol on it was actually currently on the head of the all white wolf with ice blue eyes seated on the floor next to her: the wolf was the size of a horse, so even seated she was equal to Temaki's height. Another wolf, this one orange and red and equally as large, was asleep on a dog bed near the open window, clearly snoring.

The sight of a man flying without any sort of device or animal had to be strange. Kurai landed in the village of Morigakure to the sight of many amazed onlookers. His feet on the ground again, Kurai let Little Kong down off of his back. The both of them would wait for Luke to land and disperse his bat summon, and then head for the great tree.

Kurai and Little Kong walk inside, to more strange stares. "Excuse me," Kurai said to the main receptionist. "I'm here on business, on behalf of Temaki. Is she available?"

It wouldn't take long for Luke to appear as he was escorted up by the hidden forest's ANBU and Kurai. Luke, not wanting to fight, went along with them to the Kage's office. One of the ANBU entered, followed by Luke and four other ANBU as the group leader or the one Luke presume was the leader of this group since he came in first, bowed towards the Harukage.

"Miss Harukage, we have brought the missing-nin; Luke Yasenha, he had been brought in by Kurai of the hidden dark after coming in quietly," The lead ANBU explained simply to the Harukage, a woman that Luke hadn't seen in a really long while. He stood towards the Harukage, the ANBU members holding him so he couldn't move any further towards the kage before speaking.

"Dear Harukage, I didn't think we would be meeting again under such...let's say "tense" situation. Let's cut to the chase; what exactly am I being charged with? I had done you no wrong, I thought that you had gotten my message that I had left to return home so I could help with the rebuilding and establishing the hidden dark village as a ninja village again; so, I ask again, what reason was there for marking me in the bingo book instead of issuing a retrieval order to these guys to bring me here alive if you wanted to talk to me," Luke asked, he had to admit, he was annoyed that such a action could have ended up with him dead and it had already resulted in a fight between the hidden dark and hidden forest with Okami threatening Kurai and Kurai beating him till he was unconscious or something similar, things had already gotten out of hands. He wasn't sure if she knew that, but reframed from saying anything else as to let the Harukage response with the matter she wished to talk to him about that was important enough to be given a missing-nin status and for a "alive or dead" mark in the case of the bingo book. He looked at her, his pupils changing before her eyes into one suitable to a demon; thin and sharp like a lizard, it was part of why he possessed the monkier of "The demon of the hidden dark" was his strange birth mutation that caused his eyes to appear like this.

Her door was opened and in walked several members of her village ANBU, Luke Yasenha, and another inidvidual whose name she didn't know but she was sure she was likely about to find out. With eyebrows raised she sat back in her seat and placed her elbows down on the arm rests of the chair. Fingertips were placed against each other as she simply tilted her head a bit to the right as she watched one of the ANBU stop Luke from moving closer to her. Her face would be calm, curious, but definitely calm: no anger or frustration. Like with most things Temaki was completely at peace despite the situation that had suddenly walked in.

She would listen to both the ANBU member who introduced Luke and explained why he was there, and then to Luke himself as he also spoke. He claimed that he had sent her a message, of which she hadn't recieved, and stated that he didn't understand as to why she had placed him in the bingo book instead of sending someone to retrieve him instead. Instead of responding to Luke right away she simply held her right hand up in a gesture for silence. With her left she would motion for Kurai to come closer, focusing her attention from Luke and onto him. "I take it you must be Kurai?" She would give him a moment to dispute this and say otherwise, and if he didn't she would continue on, "Tell me, Kurai, how it is you found Luke so quickly?" She wanted to know the whole story surrounding Luke's capture and give the all black dressed nin a chance to tell his tale so that if he wished he could leave before she dealt with Luke.

As Temaki waited for Kurai to respond she would reach into her top most left drawer of her desk and remove a small sashel of ryo which she would place on the desk for Kurai to take. "That is your payment, by the way, the price that had been put on Luke."

Kurai stepped into Temaki's office with the ANBU agents and Luke. His hands were in the pockets of his Kage jacket that had the kanji on the rear of it in white that stood for "Dust Mastery." His bare feet made silent slaps on the wooden floors as he moved. Little Kong moved with him, walking with his hands and feet, looking around inside of the great tree, being reminded of back home.

Temaki, who wasn't dressed like a Kage would be, asked if he was Kurai, to which Kurai nodded his head. She asked how he was able to find Luke so quickly.

"Luke had already made his presence known in the village," he answered. "He introduced himself to Alec, and pledged his allegiance to Kurayami as an A ranked Jounin. There are also those of us in the village with... talents for seeing other than with eyes, as i'm sure you've noticed when you met Alec. Tracking him down was simple."

Kurai frowned some then. Although he'd won a fight, the whole situation was unnecessary. "I must confess something as well. You gave someone named Okami Uchiha permission to travel to Kurayami in order to meet and greet the newly discovered Uchiha there. After information was passed to Alec that Luke had been registered in the bingo book as a Missing Nin, Okami felt to take it upon himself to being Luke back himself, thought the task was a Kurayami matter since it was in Kurayami territory. I asked him to stand down, and told him there would be consequences if he continued to interfere."

Little Kong let a low growling sound come from his throat while frowning, remembering the whole altercation himself. "...Okami felt it was within his power to 'relieve me of duty' and made his intention for violence known by drawing his sword at me most of the way, so the appropriate steps were taken to educate him on the error of his ways. Simply put, he suffered a beat down. When he returns here, he'll probably need medical attention."

Kurai walked over to the desk and picked up the bag of money. "Luke killed several people trying to cash in on the money placed on his head, but beside that, he put up no resistance. Apologies on behalf of Kurayamigakure that an incident like this had to occur so soon after forming an alliance, Morikage."

After a polite bow of respect, Kurai and Little Kong turned to leave the office.

Luke let the two talk things out, it wasn't necessary for him to explain it, Luke was satisfied with Kurai's explanation for what happened in dealing with a foolish uchiha who could have turned a alliance into mush in the blink of a eye, but fortunately, Kurai managed to end it without so much as a challenge, which Luke was thankful for as things could have gotten much worse.

He saw Kurai taking the bounty that had been put on his head, apologizing for what happened before him and his little monkey pet left the office. Luke look at the Harukage with a few moments of silence, just looking with this rather creepy stare before speaking,

"So, can you answer my questions now, Dear Harukage?" Luke said, saying "dear" in a dark, creepy way, his demon like eyes fixed on her as he waited for her response.

Before this man could speak, this fuck up who'd attempted to abandon his village, he would best check his surroundings first. There would be no signal to his arrival, save for the tattoo he placed on his wife long ago burning hot for a moment before he appeared at her side, yawning somewhat. Someone was in the office that was not Tem, and he just haaaad to see whom it was.

One moment the space was empty, the next it would be occupied by the tall male. Blue eyes would look upon the persona before him, head cocked to the side as he blinked slowly, those blue eyes mutating, whirling and taking on a red tint complete with a strange pattern within,.

Spoiler:

"So, can you answer my questions now, Dear Harukage?"

Dear? The fuck did this man think he was? Almost instantly, a weapon appeared in Rin's hand and was swung leveled at this man's neck, summoned from Rin's personal armory.  As it moved through the air, the weaponed was 'revved' a total of three times, spraying an accelerant across the blade. The blade would stop, pressed hard enough against Luke's neck that a bead of blood would emerge from where metal kissed flesh.

Spoiler:

Spoiler:

With an almost too polite of a voice, the Uchiha would speak slowly, making sure that everyone present could hear him clearly. As he did so, a pattern of blue flames would appear on his skin, dancing and threatening to ignite the accelerant on the sword he held. “You call my wife 'Dear' once more, and you better pray these Anbu kill you before I do; I wont leave a corpse to bury. Are we clear?”

Temaki listened in silence with that same peaceful expression on her face that she had had when everyone entered. She listened as Kurai explained that Yasenha Luke had made his presence known in the village, that he had introduced himself to Alec Kane, and pledged his allegiance to Kurayamigakure as an A rank Jounin. There were those within the village with a talent for seeing things other than with eyes, and therefore tracking him down was simple. He then went on to say he wanted to confess something dealing with one of her Morigakure nin named Uchiha Okami. After the information was passed from her daughter to Alec Kane that Luke was in the bingo book Uchiha Okami had felt the need to take it upon himself and go after Luke himself: even though the task was a Kurayamigakure matter since that was where Luke was located. He was asked to stand down, was told that there would be consquences if he didn't, and yet Okami started to draw a sword on Kurai. She couldn't and wouldn't blame Kurai for defending himself and acting, though she was glad that Okami wasn't dead. Kurai explained then that Luke had killed several people attempting to cash in on the reward on his head. Kurai then apologized for the situation before leaving: Temaki made no move to stop him and instead turned her attention onto Luke.

Right before she was about to open her mouth and speak she felt the seal trigger: one that had been left by her husband right around the time she had first intended on going to Kurayamigakure no Sato. She would show no outward sign of what was coming minus a small twinkle in her eyes of amusement. Sure enough her husband would appear as if out of nowhere, and his reaction was exactly what she had expected: he didn't appreciate another man calling her dear. Even with Rin pointing a sword at Luke, and the ANBU knowing better than to react given Rin's own status and position among them, Temaki remained very calm and even smiled politely, going on with the conversation as if all of this hadn't just happened. She wasn't going to tell Rin to knock it off: he was doing what he felt was appropriate as her husband, and were the situation reversed she would have done exactly the same thing.

"I did not, in fact, recieve a message from you Luke. Nor is a message an appropriate means of permission: you should have waited for my response, and had no response come tried again instead of going off on your own. That is why you were listed as a missing-nin, Luke. It's a troubling matter: you are technically a registered member of Morigakure due to having graduated from the Academy and yet you're pledging your alliegience to Kurayamigakure. I understand that you come frm there, originally, but there is a system to these things that must be followed and in doing things the way you have it has caused some issues."

She would glance once more at Rin and then shift her attention back onto Luke. "Considering the miscommunication I'm willing to drop your missing nin status, however, you will not be allowed to leave the village and travel to any other until your probation period is the length of which will be discussed later between myself and my council. You will not be granted permission to travel back to Kurayami at all until I have had a chance to see the Kuraikage and have gained his opinion on the matter." It was getting off lightly all things considered: Luke had left without permission, sworn his alligence to another village, and even killed several individuals after him. Now, so long as he didn't antagonize her husband any further he would get to walk out of her office without further incident.

Just as Luke was asking the Harukage about her answer, a burst of energy and suddenly, a short man appeared, looking rather pissed off for some reason, suddenly came at him while the ANBU kept him held, stopping just before making anything worse then a paper cut on his neck, making it bleed slightly onto his neck. Luke remained stoic as the man, who referred to the Harukage as his wife that if he called her dear again, he would kill him and leave no corpse. Luke gently breathed out his nose.

"perfectly, although it seems that since my absence from this village, you seem to have gathered a following of hot blooded fighters, not ninjas. So, whoever you are, would you mind allowing me to continue the discussion with the Harukage before you rudely interrupted us? Luke said, looking at this man just as intently, even if he was shorter then Luke by a good few inches. Luke was honestly disappointed though that it seemed that in his absence, the only thing that remain here were boarish and fight eager fools, no competent ninjas. He did wonder what the Harukage saw in a guy like this to marry such a pig.

He listened to the Harukage explain that she hadn't recieved his message nor said that it was a valid method of informing her of his departure from the village, Luke looked away, his demonic eyes reseeding, becoming more human in appearance.

"I know that I could have, but there wasn't time to wait, I had to go back home, in that message, I formally resigned as a chunin of the hidden forest and returned home to take on the role of a hidden dark jonin and as a teacher of the academy that I was helping to set up. You understand what sort of hell my village was before the Kuraikage took over it? Having to live in fear that even if you stepped out your house, you may not even make it back from a simple walk around the corner, besides, I still have family in the hidden dark that were at risk still, living in the some of the worse parts of the village, getting them out of there was only the best thing to do. Tell me, would you have waited if you knew that your husband here could die? would you have waited if you were in another country to hear that the hidden forest was in trouble, would you not rush here to help? Luke said, sounding sad and a bit worked up before stopping as the Harukage continued, explaining, she said she'd be willing to drop his missing-nin status, but he wouldn't be permitted to leave for a time agreed by her and the council, also he wouldn't be permitted to return to the hidden dark till she had spoken directly with the Kuraikage, Luke kept his gaze away.

"So, basically, I'm under house arrest here till you talk to the Kuraikage? Fine, but before I go; is my house here still around? I'd rather be settled in my old home if you would allow it, Harukage?" Luke said to her, he did hope that his house here hadn't been sold on in the few years he had been away, he would rather spend the night in his old home here instead of having to find a rented place to spend however long he had to be here for. He stood there, the ANBU had stood down and released him at this point since this was more or less cleared up, besides, the S-rank jonin here meant the ANBU were no longer necessary since he was here and left promptly as Luke waited for her response, ignoring her husband for the most part.

Was this man not a member of their village once? A had he not graduated from Mori as a member of the village? Was he not obligated then to serve them? Rin had some ideas for this, but he would remia--

"perfectly, although it seems that since my absence from this village, you seem to have gathered a following of hot blooded fighters, not ninjas. So, whoever you are, would you mind allowing me to continue the discussion with the Harukage before you rudely interrupted us? "

Disrespect would not be tolerated. It was a simple matter for Rin to shift forward as the man uttered these words, driving the blade into and through this man's neck; given that Plan C was already pressed against his throat and he made no move as to step back [Not that he could, with the Anbu still holding him there] there was no dodging, or reacting to the movement. The head of Luke would simply roll down the blade before falling to the floor.

There was nothing left to say or do; a traitor had been killed. The Anbu would not know how to react; Rin was the kage's husband after all, and his temper was legendary. If Tem said nothing on the matter, then nothing would be done; he'd simply executed a traitor.

“Hm. You'd think people would show a little more respect to the person holding a sword to their throat. Make no mistake; This is not what I wanted, but what it had to be.”

Turning to Tem, Rin would shrug. “I'll dispose of the body myself. Like I told him; there will be nothing left to bury.”

If only it was so easy for this brute of a man to kill him, then this would have been a open and shut case, but as the "body" began to fall, it would sudden burst in a cloud of smoke, revealing nothing more then a log with the top part slashed off. Luke then reentered the room, sitting across from the Harukage.

"Good sir, I meant no disrespect, but I would call someone who bursts into a room and kills someone for no good reason hardly seems reasonable, so, if you can avoid killing me for a few minutes, I would like to hear what the Harukage's decision is, besides, I'd suggest you cool it, we've narrowly avoided a international incident and I don't know about you, but if we are being frank, I think even you can agree that causing a war between the hidden forest and the hidden dark will be a disaster. Now, if we can all just calm down and chill for a moment, may we let the Harukage speak?" Luke finished explaining, in all his talk, this guy had only proved him right and maybe, if he was a real ninja and restrained himself, maybe he would then at least try to prove Luke wrong about him. His head would turn to the Harukage, waiting for her decision and hoping for her to keep her husband in check.

Firstly, I"m pretty sure its not your turn to post.

Second, this thread was never marked as [No Kill], so unfortunately you have no say in if you're able to be killed or not.

Further more, this attack has already connected: I pressed the blade against you in my previous post, and you acknowledged it yourself. Given the timeline in which everything happened [Tem finishing speaking to you, and you responding, and me driving the blade forward to behead you while you're speakin to Tem with your first sentence, you would not have time to enact a jutsu. So, I suggest you get you head over to the guidelines, grab a character template, and start working on your next character.

erm yes, I do, especially since Tem said she was going to remove me as a missing-nin and are you really going to cause a international war by killing me? Especially when your wife had given me my judgement. and the point is that you don't notice a subsitution and its never seen to be activated by anything, it simply happens and its perfectly fine for me to use it.

as for you trying to make me make a new character, this is my answer:
