This situation wasn't going to work. Chiho Dovahkiin had come to the village of Morigakure because the village of her birth didn't have a leader: because all of her efforts, all of her hard work, had been completely and utterly ignored by the powers that be. She had wanted things to be different here, to be better, but they weren't. There was no one around her age, no one whom she could relate to. She had been put on a squad with a couple of individuals, adults nonetheless, who had been demoted due to various reasons. They were all Jounin in power, though, which meant her joining the squad was pointless - she wouldn't stand a chance training with them.
No, it was time to leave.
The last time she had done this she had got permission to go, permission to move villages. This time? She wasn't bothering. She was leaving without permission, defecting. It would make her a missing-nin but she hardly cared. She couldn't deal with this: not with her hidden past, not with what she had gone through. She hadn't acquired a lot of items since she hadn't been in Morigakure all that long, so it was all able to be backed in a single bag; a bag that held her entire life - that held everything she held dear to her. Her bag was packed and on her back, her apartment key left in an envelope in the managers mailbox along with the rent for the rest of the month - she wouldn't cause other people to suffer after all just because she was leaving.
Chiho didn't look back as she made her way down the street, and through the village gates... leaving to head off to another village. Leaving for good without any inkling of wanting to turn back and return. Her goal for the moment was a village called Kurayamigakure: a village that had recently been taken over and turned into a proper village from what she had heard. It would be cooler than Sabakugakure; she doubted she would survive long in the desert after all.
