(FIRST THINGS FIRST. There are a lot of people posting in these threads. All of them are posting multiple paragraphs, so it is expected that everyone do the same. Not everyone - me included - wants to wait days for a post that took 5 minutes to type. If you cannot post a decently length post within 12 hours, YOU WILL BE SKIPPED. This will not look good on you and your village. If you cannot keep up then perhaps you should not have taken a leadership position.

The 4 Kage will be separated from the rest so that they can get down to business, and everyone doesn't have to wait on everyone else. ONLY THE KAGE POST IN THE SUMMIT THREAD. A separate thread will be created for bodyguards and escorts.

Here is the posting order for the summit: Alec, Umiko, Emiko, Muninn.

Here is the posting order for everyone else: Jr, Shizuka, Myuto, Suna, Miyuki, Jayr, Okami.)

The Mossberg left the forest. After a brief trip through the burning hotness of the desert, darkness fell. The surroundings resemble midnight though it was technically the middle of the day. Beasts and creatures lurked around in the shadows, and the landscape looked like something out of a bad dream. When the darkness had engulfed them, Alec put a call ahead on the party line, informing folk that he was incoming, with company. He asked Avery to have the maids prepare refreshments and to ready the mansion to recieve them.

Alec couldn't imagine himself anywhere else; this was home. Lights pierced the darkness in the distance, and in moments a large village came into view, with skyscraper-like buildings. Alec swung The Mossberg around in a 180 motion and completed an expert backwards parking job, sinking the anchor into the depths with the ship perfectly situated between the docks.

Off the ship, there was the Marketplace, the largest area of Kurayamigakure. There were many shops and buildings; the streets lit by lamps and torches. All manner of goods and clothes were sold here, so the streets were frequently crowded. But upon noticing Alec and Co, the villagers began to clear the way; everyone waving and speaking to their Kuraikage with smiles and grins. Alec waved back to everyone as he moved along, towards the north section of the village.

In the north, there were several buildings used as the Admin Complex, and near those was a large, 3 floored mansion that had a tall tower on either side of it, both tall enough to allow someone to see the whole village. This was where Alec lived. The front porch was large, and had several comfortable looking couches upon it. Inside through the front door, a large grand staircase was the first thing that could be seen. Alec moved to the right, towards the dining room that had a long table filled with all manner of food and drink.

There were double doors in the rear of the dining room that Alec stopped in front of, turning around. "Beyond here, only the 4 Kage are permitted," said Alec. "The rest of you, feel free to have something to eat and drink, and explore the village if you choose. You and your Kage have nothing to worry about, enjoy yourselves. Jr..." Alec pointed at Okami, informing him telepathically to keep an eye on the Uchiha.

Every move he makes. Do not let him out of your sight. If you have to deal with things, deal with them. But try and keep things peaceful if you can. We don't want to make a bad impression on the water people.

Alec opened the double doors to reveal a den-like room that had a large round table and 4 comfortable chairs. Alec took a seat at the head of the table, pulling out his pipe and supply of "Green." After filling the bowl he used Katon chakra to ignite and take a long hit of it. The room was a special one once used for interrogations. It was totally sound proofed; no one in the other rooms would hear anything said within. Once the other Kage were inside, Alec pushed a panel on the floor with his right foot, causing the doors to close behind them by themselves.

"Have a seat," Alec said, settling into his seat and relaxing. "Let's talk." Alec took another long hit of his pipe. "To begin, I think we should all introduce ourselves. As I said before, my name is Alec Kane. I'm not from this continent, i'm new here. Myself and my family, you might say we were once considered villains, but that life is behind us. This village was once run by a shady organization that experimented on people, and we cleared them out. if there's anything else anyone would like to know, feel free to ask.... who'd like to go next?'

oO(Going to jump in quickly since I was mentioned. <3)

As per usual for the Uchiha female Avery was already within the mansion when she received Alec's message through the wireless communicator she always wore. She tended to stay around the house unless needed elsewhere, working on the various amounts of paperwork to make Alec's job less stressful. Upon hearing that the Kage Summit was being moved to Kurayami, however, and that they were almost there, Avery set aside her work and got busy in giving the maids a competent set of orders that would ensure everything was prepared for the arrival of their guests. She had recently hired a special cook to help take some of the burden off of the maids shoulders, and the man was rather happy at a chance to show off his high class cooking skills.

Avery herself, with her long flowing pink hair back in a neat ponytail, dressed as what was becoming her usual outfit of white and black and red robes with the Uchiha clan symbol boldly showing on the back of them, and a red sash around her waist, and black open toed shinobi sandals, took great care in ensuring that everything was spotless and completely perfect before the guests and Alec even arrived.

As everyone would arrive, led by Alec, Avery would be nearby. She would wait for the guests to separate into their respective guard and then the Kage's themselves, before personally taking a tray filled with delicious snacks and drinks into the meeting room - the maids having handled the food and drink for the guards already. Avery was in and then back out of the room before the doors even closed, moving off elsewhere to ensure everything continued to run smoothly while remaining close by in case she was needed.

[I have no issues with this.]

Umiko found herself quite impressed with the speed at which Alec's ship, the Mossberg, moved. No sooner did it seem that they left the forest that they entered the heat and brightness of the desert. Thankfully, Umiko didn't have to deal with feeling like a fish out of water for too long, as soon enough the darkness that was the land of Kurayamigakure swallowed them up. The lack of sunlight, and the cooler temperature, were more than welcoming for the ice kage. While it was nothing compared to the freezing arctic north of home it was definitely comfortable for her nonetheless.

Umiko disembarked with everyone else and made her way through the village while looking around with a great deal of curiosity. The place was rather large, and built much differently than home. It didn't escape her notice how Alec's people seemed to love him; all of them greeting him and him returning those greetings instead of ignoring his people like a lesser kage would. As they walked she adjusted the sash once more that held her un-melting gourd of ice to her back. She was beginning to feel as if she wouldn't need it, but she was too reliant on it to risk putting it down somewhere - even if no one else would be able to wield it without the appropriate element for it.

Upon arrival to what was clearly not only the Administrative Buildings for Kurayami but also the Kage's personal home, Umiko noticed how impeccably clean it was. Whoever kept the place spotless did a good job at it, and unlike the previous village they had been in by the time they arrived an array of delicious looking and smelling food was being laid out for the guards while Alec led the Kage's into another room after a set of instructions to everyone else.

Once in what was clearly going to be their meeting room Umiko finally undid the sash around her chest and set her gourd on the ground next to her, catching as she did so a glimpse of a pink haired female wearing the Uchiha clan symbol. The female had laid down food and then seemed to be leaving: who was she? Umiko was curious,, but she didn't ask. Instead, she sat down comfortable and then focused her attention on Alec as he began to speak. He introduced himself again, and then mentioned that he was new to this area. He said that himself and his family were once considered criminals, though that didn't seem to be the case anymore. He went on to explain then how he had cleared out the village of it's previous owners who didn't seem like very nice people at all from the brief explanation that Alec gave of them. He said then that if anyone had any questions to feel free to ask, and then asked who was going to go next in introducing themselves.

Figuring she might as well, Umiko shifted more comfortably in her seat: she felt in her element here in a manner of speaking, despite the fact that she was rather new to the whole kage thing herself. "My name is Umiko; of the Dovahkiin and Malkavia clans. I haven't been Umikage for very long. My predecessor disappeared one day and never returned. When it became clear that I was the strongest person in my village at the time left to step up I did so, and I've been working on getting my village back up on its feet since then. She fell silent then; she had more to say, but it was far from introduction material so she would give everyone else a chance to speak before saying more as to not hog the spotlight.

The Summit, V2. (Emiko, Umiko, Muninn, invite) Empty
PostSubject: Re: The Summit, V2. (Emiko, Umiko, Muninn, invite)   The Summit, V2. (Emiko, Umiko, Muninn, invite) EmptyFri Feb 12, 2016 10:47 pm

From Morigakure, to the outskirts of the desert, and then finally into the shadowy darkness that was Kurayamigakure. The trip was uneventful, no pirates, no fights breaking out at all. Everyone seemed keen on keeping to their own corners and remaining separate, and perhaps that was for the best. Violence at Kage Summits never tended to end well, and it would be poor timing to be declaring war over something before proper introductions were even made.

Through the village and to the Kane Mansion, Emiko followed everyone else inside. Emiko glanced around in curiosity: the last time she had been here she had come in, but hadn't really done any sort of exploring since she had been busy working and developing the seal she had placed on her two students. Perhaps, when everything was said and done, she would get a chance to do some of the exploring she hadn't had time for previously. For now though she knew she needed to keep focused on the task at hand.

Alec separated everyone, the guard remaining where there was plenty of food and drink, while Alec led them into a separate room that looked like it was perfectly suited for this sort of thing. Comfortable already and completely without worry Emiko dropped her own gourd next to a chair without hesitation and then all but fell comfortably into the thing: she could only wonder if the other Kage's felt so comfortable. Her own comfort came from thinking of Alec like family, and the fact that out of everyone at the Summit it was him and his people who she worried about less - she doubted nothing could come between the bond that years of friendship had established.

Alec went about introducing himself, and offering up a bit of information on himself and his family, as well as the re-founding of the shinobi village. Umiko went next, introducing herself and mentioning she was a part of two clans: Dovahkiin and Malkavia. She knew the latter to mean she was likely a bit off her rocker, but not much about the first. Umiko said that she was new to the kage thing, and had only taken over basically because her village had needed her since their previous kage had just randomly disappeared one day and had not come back.

Emiko, figuring it was ladies first and all, decided to go next in the introduction process. "I'm Emiko Sabure; current head of the Sabure clan and obviously the Arenokage. I took over after Temaki stepped down, and Marquetta Yanagi passed me the hat. Not much else to really say; I know neither of you two, but I actually know Alec well enough to consider him like family. I too come from a different continent like him and his family..." Emiko went quiet then, figuring it was now Muninn's turn to speak.

PostSubject: Re: The Summit, V2. (Emiko, Umiko, Muninn, invite)   The Summit, V2. (Emiko, Umiko, Muninn, invite) EmptySun Feb 14, 2016 8:40 am

(Alright, so since our 4th can't be bothered to post, even after a day and a half, moving on. Kurai, who I was going to have temporarily take over the Harukage position anyway, will post in place of Muninn on the next go round.)

Muninn never entered the room. In fact, it appeared that neither he or Okami even got on The Mossberg back in Mori. Alec made a low grumbling sound, then took another large hit of his pipe, clouding the area around him with a green tinted smoke. Telling it like it was, Muninn had confirmed himself as a shit leader and authority figure. He had 2 psychos loose in his country and it didn't seem to matter to him. He decided to host a summit of all 4 Kage, but did a pretty shit job at that. Well, no more.

"So it would appear that the Kage we all needed to speak to and hear from the most has decided not to grace ourselves with his company," said Alec, now frowning. "To be honest, I planned on putting a couple of my people in Morigakure to run things for a while, to give Muninn a chance to get himself together in order to be able to properly defend his village. I even made plans to devise him a prosthetic arm in the place of the one he lost, but I suppose he doesn't think this situation as serious as it is, even with the fact that he barely escaped alive. No matter." Alec put a hand to his left ear. "Kurai, could you come to the meeting room in the mansion please?"

Emiko he already knew well enough; she was just the same as family. Umiko described herself as part of the Dovahkiin and the Malkavia clans. Dovahkiin Alec knew nothing about, and he wasn't even going to pretend he did. But Malkavia... he knew plenty about them. They were known to be bat shit insane; his own daughter Demi was the clan head. Alec could deal with his own daughter's madness, but to hear that the Umikage was one too... Umiko wasn't showing any insanity at the moment, so perhaps he had all of that craziness under control.

So now the decision would be whether or not to have Kurai run things temporarily, or permanently. Time would tell. "So the first and most important topic I think needs discussed concerns the two powerful psychos currently in the wilds of Mori. As i'm going to have Kurai take over as Harukage, I think we should wait until he gets here, he needs to be in on this conversation."

PostSubject: Re: The Summit, V2. (Emiko, Umiko, Muninn, invite)   The Summit, V2. (Emiko, Umiko, Muninn, invite) EmptySun Feb 14, 2016 11:48 am

Umiko remained comfortable in her chair, noticing as she did so that Muninn hadn't entered the room before the door shut. Was he not interested in joining them since the Summit moved? Or had something held him up and prevented him from making his way over?

Emiko went ahead and introduced herself as a Sabure, and even mentioned she was head of the clan. It sounded like she had started out in Morigakure where her friend Temaki had previously been Harukage. Following Temaki stepping down she had then moved to Sabakugakure where the Arenokage stepped down, passing her the Arenokage hat. She mentioned knowing neither herself nor Muninn very well, but knew Alec and considered him like family.

Alec then spoke up, addressing that Muninn wasn't there despite the fact that he was the one everyone needed to speak with the most given the recent events that had taken place in his village. In Umiko's personal opinion he didn't seem much like kage material - not because of his lack of showing up, but rather because of the fact that to save his own skin he had had to run away. This had not only put his blood in the hands of a well developed Uchiha, but it had also proven that he wasn't able to defend himself and thus his village were it to come under attack. The whole situation itself bothered her greatly due to the fact that from her reports both Ranmaru and Kaia-Mai had been nearly a two day journey for even the fastest of shinobi away from Morigakure: meaning that there had been no reason at all for anyone to go and start messing with them while they were hunting.

So, the Kuraikage was going to send some of his people over to Morigakure to run the place? That was definitely interesting, and likely would change some stuff up quite a bit. Umiko had no reason to appeal this decision, Morigakure was beginning to seem like it could use a guiding hand, and definitely some stronger shinobi.

"Well, this certainly puts an interesting twist upon things. I expected to have to make my... position.. dealing with Kaia-Mai and Ranmaru quite clear to the Harukage. But, you've peaked my curiosity so I'l wait for your associate to arrive and see what you have to say on the matter first..." Umiko had no reason to threaten anyone yet; but she wasn't going to stand by and let a witch hunt start up with everyone going after Kaia-Mai when she had done nothing wrong - Ranmaru had been the one to attack the Harukage, not Kaia, and she shouldn't be punished for someone else's choices.

Alec came back, with everyone on the ship. Things must have gone south in Morigakure. He didn't see the Harukage or Okami with him. Alec would probably tell him everything soon enough.

Alec summoned him to that special room in his mansion. Kurai didn't hesitate to begin making his way in that direction with Little Kong. Kurai and his simian partner walked into the mansion after his arrival, to see many ninja gathered in the dining room. Some of them he knew, like Suna and Jr, while others he didn't know.

Kurai opened the door to the meeting room and walked in with Little Kong, shutting it behind him. Inside was Alec, Emiko, and someone he'd never seen before. She had to be the Umikage from the unknown water village. "Sorry if i'm late," Kurai said, walking around to take a seat in the empty chair. "What's going on with Mori and the Harukage? I was sure they'd be the main ones here..."

Little Kong sat on the armrest of his chair, wondering what was going on himself. All would be explained in the next few moments, he thought...

Emiko just shook her head. Things definitely didn't seem to be going good for Muninn, the new Harukage - or the soon to be ex-Harukage that is. He was about to lose his hat and to make things worse he wasn't even here to have a heads up - no, he'd likely show up at the last minute when it was too late to do anything to try and defend himself or offer up any sort of excuse.

Kurai walked in next with Little Kong and both took a seat. He asked what was going on with Morigakure and the Harukage, and mentioned that he thought they'd be the main ones here. Emiko just simply grinned from ear to ear and shifted her attention onto Alec. She was trying to behave herself, and to refrain from making any sort of snide comments - at least until it was appropriate. She was a Kage and needed to act like one, at least at events such as this.

However, Emiko did say one thing, a sort of prediction of sorts. "I kind of expect him to show up at the last minute, honestly... with some excuse as to why he's late and didn't travel here with the rest of us..." Emiko fell silent then, shifting into a more comfortable position. She was comfortable in this atmosphere, very much so, especially since Umiko didn't seem like the type to just attack someone to do it - so she wasn't quite worried about the Umikage suddenly attacking without reason even if there was a lot about the other female that they didn't know.

"They didn't show," Alec responded to Kurai when he came in. "So as if this moment, Kurai Yanagi, i'm declaring you the Harukage of Morigakure. If there are no objections from the other Kage in attendance, this becomes official as of right this moment, and when this meeting ends you should head for your new home... For those of you that don't know, this is Kurai Yanagi, one half of twin prodigies. He is the Jinchuuriki of Kua, the two tailed beast, and also an Ape Sage, the very first in centuries. Kurai is a formidable individual more than capable of wearing the hat and defending the village of Morigakure."

Alec took another long hit of his pipe, choking back a cough. "Now, for the first agenda... I think we should speak on the two powerful psychos that are now in the wilds of Mori. One of them is named Ranmaru, and i've encountered him before, twice. As far as I know, he uses strange techniques with clothing. He is insane and beyond reasoning with; you either kill him, or get out of his way. He worked alone at first, but now it appears that he's taken in a disciple, or a partner. I don't know the girl's name, but I do know that she is half Uchiha, half Holeman. She has Uchiha techniques not seen in the clan in a very long time. For those that don't know, Holemans have eyes that can see anywhere at any given time, and at it's highest form it allows one to see anywhere within two countries. So, taking them by surprise will be impossible."

Alec took another hit, letting the smoke drift from his nostrils slowly. "More importantly, the moron that didn't show up took it upon himself to go and find those two, and in the process he lost an arm. So, they are in possession of his blood. Not many know this, but with the blood of a Senju and the blood of a Uchiha, a particularly crafty individual can obtain the most powerful eyes their are: the Rinnegan. This poses a problem for us all. I have a few solutions as to how we can be prepared should these two decide to attack a village, but first i'd like to hear input from you all, if any. We all need to work together to be prepared, because we all have innocents in our villages, and we need to protect them."

Alec took yet another hit, relaxing into his chair, opening the floor up for anyone else to speak up and say their peace.

(OOC: Sorry, guys, I was on a trip over the weekend. I didn't have my computer and wasn't online at all the day I left to let anyone know, and I kind of rushed to get to it to see everything that happened in my absence.)

A knock on the door would resound throughout the room, a quick pattern that really was unique. One knock, then four, then two, with various pitches. If someone came and opened the door, Muninn would be standing there with a frown on his face. He had gotten lost after departing the boat, and as he was waylaid it could have been polite to wait for him. Then again, maybe not, as he WAS late. The reason he was frowning was fairly clear, however. There was not only a delay in his arrival, he saw that there was someone new in the room.

Walking into the room tentatively, he would look around at the other Kage carefully. They seemed to have just come to some sort of decision, but what could it have been? Speaking up, he would begin to talk in his baritone. "So I got lost on the way here, and it appears that you all have come to some sort of decision. Anyone else mind filling me in?"

PostSubject: Re: The Summit, V2. (Emiko, Umiko, Muninn, invite)   The Summit, V2. (Emiko, Umiko, Muninn, invite) EmptySun Feb 14, 2016 7:31 pm

The Kuraikage had some balls, she had to give him that. To openly declare one of his own people as the new Harukage without even waiting for the current one to show up? Not many people would have had the stones to do such a thing, to make such a bold move. A grin spread across Umiko's face in amusement. Oh, from what the Kuraikage was saying this Kurai Yanagi was more than capable, that much was certain. Still... there was that matter of the two 'psychos' as Alec had called them.

It was then that she heard an odd knocking on the door, and would raise a brow: whether or not the door was opened and Muninn came in, she would begin speaking as if no interruption had occurred. "Ranmaru's companion is named Kaia-Mai. She is indeed a Uchiha; however saying she is half and half is not entirely true. In fact, she was a full blooded Uchiha who after her father ripped her eyes from her skull after she sustained grievous wounds to gain Mangekyo Sharingan for himself evolved in a matter of speaking. She gained this radar you speak of, and then later after Ranmaru saw what her father was... doing to her, along with the torture caused by their current ruling Kage at the time... Kaia-Mai's father was murdered and Ranmaru became sort of a surrogate father to her. With that said she's one of the best medics I've ever come across; and considering my own abilities that's saying something. So yes, the chances of her using the Senju's blood to gain Rinnegan is an absolute possibility..."

It was then that her voice and her facial expressions would take on a tone of up-most seriousness. "However... I will not have someone starting a witch hunt to kill her under the assumption of her doing something wrong with those eyes. From my reports they were a two day journey for the fastest of shinobi away from Morigakure, hunting from what I was told. Furthermore, it was not Kaia-Mai who attacked the Harukage but Ranmaru: though from what I'm hearing both of them were attacked with some damn trees and she was forced to dodge out of the way. I will not allow one of my people pay for something they didn't do..." She didn't care how it sounded, nor if her words were taken as a threat. As far as she was concerned Kaia-Mai was still one of her people, and innocent in all of this. If someone chose to go after Ranmaru for what he had done, well she couldn't rightfully stop them. But Kaia? She hadn't laid a single hand on Muninn, and she wasn't going to be hunted down for something she had no part in.

The Summit, V2. (Emiko, Umiko, Muninn, invite) Empty
PostSubject: Re: The Summit, V2. (Emiko, Umiko, Muninn, invite)   The Summit, V2. (Emiko, Umiko, Muninn, invite) EmptySun Feb 14, 2016 7:51 pm

Alec said that Muninn and that weakling Okami didn't even bother to show up. He then declared him the Harukage of Morigakure, if none of the other Kage had any objections. Alec told them who he was, said he was a twin, and told them of his Sage status and also of Kua. Alec said he was more than capable of defending the village. Kurai didn't exactly know what he was up against when it came to Ranmaru and his child companion, but this didn't mean he was scared.

Alec went on to describe Ranmaru and the girl, who Umiko soon said was named Kaia-Mai. Ranmaru could use strange techniques with cloth, and Kaia-Mai was half Uchiha, half Holeman. Umiko said her father took her eyes forcibly, possibly to obtain EMS. Kaia-Mai's father was killed because of the way he treated her, and Ranmaru took her in as sort of an adopted child. So, not only was the kid a combination of two powerful clans, she was also an expert medic. So the chances of her obtaining the Rinnegan now that they had the blood of a Senju was high.

It was around this time that there was a knock on the door, and in came the Harukage, the former one anyway. Kurai didn't know what to think of the man. Little Kong twisted up his face and gave a low growl. He said he got lost on the way here, but how? The ship docked right in the center of the marketplace. How was it possible to get lost if all he had to do was follow the crowd? Little Kong huffed at his excuse, and Kurai only looked skeptical. Was this person actually a Kage?

Not anymore. Umiko said that Ranmaru was the guilty party, and that if anyone chose to go after them then so be it, but the child, Kaia-mai, was innocent. "As the new Harukage I have no plans of taking any action against her should we cross paths," said Kurai. "I will only take action if she does first, Umikage. Ranmaru, on the other hand, will be shown no mercy..."

"I should be a fucking psychic...." An amused expression crossed Emiko's face as just as she had predicted Muninn showed up late and with excuses as to why he was so. Emiko just shook her head, listening to the conversation at hand. She had no problems with Alec replacing Muninn either by him willingly handing over the hat or it being removed by force from him. He had had to run away when it came to dealing with Ranmaru which meant right now he was not strong enough to protect Morigakure and its people should Ranmaru and his partner decide to do something drastic.

Umiko explained about Kaia-Mai as did Alec. It seemed like an interesting two individuals, and a duo that would be dangerous even if separated. However, Umiko made it clear that no one was to attack Kaia with no reason at all. Ranmaru she understood if someone wanted to go after him because he had attacked a kage, but Kaia was innocent in the whole affair. Emiko happened to agree, and even Kurai spoke up saying that he wouldn't harm her or go after her unless given a reason.

"So... Things just got interesting and a bit awkward. Anyway, I have no issues with the changes. At times like these the villages need leaders who can protect their people from threats such as these." It was nothing personal really against the Harukage, she simply didn't feel as if he was up to the task. He had already had to run away to save his own skin, so what would happen if the duo attempted to attack his village? Who would stop them? Who would protect the civilians? The other shinobi?

(OOC: You could have informed someone that you would not be here by leaving a message in the announcements section, or by sending someone a PM. It's to my understanding that you have a phone that enables you to get online. The world keeps on moving even if you are not along for the ride; we will not hold up site progress for just one person.)

Umiko gave intel on Ranmaru and Kaia-Mai, the child Uchiha. Not only did she likely have Eternal Mangekyo from swapping eyes back and fourth with her deceased father, she was also an expert medic. This meant the chances of her gaining Rinnegan went way up. Alec grumbled, shook his head, and took another large hit of his bowl. Umiko said whatever happened to Ranmaru was whatever happened to him, but she wouldn't just sit by and let someone attack Kaia, as she was innocent. Alec didn't attack children. Kaia wasn't on his radar.

No one seemed to have a problem with Kurai becoming the new Harukage, he himself saying he wouldn't attack Kaia unless she gave him a reason, when Muninn himself decided to show up. Alec pressed the panel on the floor again to allow him to enter, pressing it again to close it behind him. He "looked" upon the man with an expression of disappointment.

"Sure, i'll fill you in," Alec said to him, exhaling smoke. "You are being removed of power. You're obviously not ready to be in a leadership position. You did a shit job of hosting a summit, and a shit job against those 2 powerful rouges. You intruded upon them when they were far enough away from the main village not to cause a disturbance, had to run for your life when they attacked, lost and arm, and traveled bleeding all over the place to the desert in order to save your own ass. There's always the chance that someone else got their hands on a sample of your blood; who's to know. If they attacked Mori, you would not be able to defend it. As Temaki was a good friend of mine, and her family ran that village for decades before you, I will not sit by and let it fall to ruin because of you."

Alec took another hit of his pipe. "Kurai is the new Harukage. This can be temporary or permanent. If I were you, I would take this opportunity to better myself. You can accept this, get the help you need, and be given your village back when you are deemed ready to properly defend it. I even had plans to devise you a prosthetic arm in place of the one you lost. Perhaps I could even consult with medics and they can butt heads on how to produce you another actual arm, only if you're willing to play ball."

Another hit of the pipe; another cloud of smoke exhaled airborne. "OR, you can try to resist having your hat taken from you, and I can kill you, right now. In which case we'll PERMANENTLY run Morigakure. The choice is yours, Muninn Senju."

Alec stood up. His left hand rested on the handle of the glowing katana strapped at his left hip. It would be nothing to kill him where he stood; Alec would sleep like a baby that night with no further thoughts of the Senju, and Kurai could become a permanent resident of Morigakure. The next move was Muninn's.

Sighing, Muninn had had a feeling something like this would happen. He was the weakest of the Kage, and that was a severe issue. If something happened to his Village due to his lack of ability as anything other than a Jounin who wore a fancy hat, he would never forgive himself. Speaking up once again, he would reply to Alec's little speech. "I am fine with a temporary arrangement, and appreciate your willingness to help me get stronger. In all honesty, when I was put in charge, I was hardly a Rank S Jounin in ability. Okami is more skilled than I am currently due to his training in the mountains, and Jayr has quite a bit of potential. It would be a damned shame if I let them and my people down. Dying here is not my plan, and I will accept any help to better myself. As to the failed Summit, just as we were all leaving the food arrived. I will likely have to apologize to the kitchen staff once I return home, haha!"

PostSubject: Re: The Summit, V2. (Emiko, Umiko, Muninn, invite)   The Summit, V2. (Emiko, Umiko, Muninn, invite) EmptyMon Feb 15, 2016 10:19 am

(Apologies: I fell asleep before I could post and I slept hard.)

The monkey with Kurai seemed to show a great deal of displeasure at seeing Muninn: even going so far as to growl at him. Thankfully, Umiko didn't have to worry about any pet-friends of her own doing such a thing but she did have to worry about the dragon bijuu sealed inside of her. For now the great beast was sleeping and peaceful, mostly due to Umiko's own - mostly - relaxed emotions.

Kurai Yanagi made it clear that he had no ill will toward Kaia-Mai unless she did something to provoke it, but that Ranmaru would be shown no mercy. She expected nothing less, and was fine with the arrangement. Ranmaru had decided to attack someone, a Kage no less, and would have to deal with the consequences. She could only hope that Kaia wouldn't step into the situation were Ranmaru to be attacked and get herself into trouble too - though, with the loyalty she had seen back home that was likely going to be what happened. "I'm fine with those terms.", Umiko would say with a small smile.

It was then that Alec gave Muninn the news: he was being removed from power and it could be either a temporary fix where he would be given time to get stronger and then given the hat back, or if he refused he could be killed and then Kurai's position would be indefinite. Muninn took the opportunity to get stronger so that he could be a better Kage. Umiko, thoughtfully, looked between Alec and Muninn, wondering if he would be asked to leave now that he had been officially stripped of his title.

After waiting to see if Muninn would indeed be booted from the room she would then turn her icey-blue gaze back onto Kurai, wanting to offer up two last pieces of knowledge that she had on Kaia-Mai. "There are two more things I'd like to mention about this little girl on the chances that she does attack your village, or is otherwise accompanying Ranmaru when he is dealt with. The first thing is: the bunny ears on her head are not for decoration, they actually function. Much like a real rabbit she had enhanced Perception; likely stronger than almost anyone. She can hear a pin drop miles away on a pillow with how sensitive her hearing is. So she is capable of even hearing things beneath the earth; it's part of how they hunt so well and why prey cannot escape them on these trips. Finally, you should be aware of the nature of the beast you're dealing with. I explained early about my ice but I'll go into more detail now as Kaia-Mai wields the same kind. My ice is known as Fubukiton, or demonic ice. Fire, heat, none effect it. Even apparently the famous flames of the Uchiha, Amaterasu, do nothing against this ice. Kaia uses it just as skillfully as I do; any regular Hyuton technique can be turned into a Fubukiton technique automatically." She would quit speaking then, giving them a chance to digest this information in a manner of speaking. Kaia was quite a dangerous little girl, and with her skills far better to keep around as a ally then to try and hunt down and destroy.

PostSubject: Re: The Summit, V2. (Emiko, Umiko, Muninn, invite)   The Summit, V2. (Emiko, Umiko, Muninn, invite) EmptyMon Feb 15, 2016 1:23 pm

The Harukage - the former Harukage - came in. He gave up an excuse that Little Kong obviously thought was garbage. Alec then informed him that his position was being taken from him because he wasn't a very good leader, and if attacked, he wouldn't be able to defend the village, or himself. Proof of that was his missing arm. Alec told him that he could accept it and take the help being offered up, or resist and die. Alec stood up, ready to end him if he decided to resist.

However it seemed that Muninn had brains, if only a little. He decided not to try standing against Alec, for he had to know that it would end badly for him, and seemed willing to accept any help being offered up. Kurai was somewhat surprised, but it didn't show on his face. Like Little Kong, Kurai was unimpressed with the man, and had plans to properly run Morigakure.

Umiko went into further detail about the little girl Kaia-Mai. She had ears like a rabbit, and they weren't decoration. Her hearing was very advanced, being able to pick up on the most subtle of sounds, even underground. Like Umiko, Kaia-Mai was capable of manipulating demonic ice, and the hottest of fires couldn't melt it. Umiko admitted that the girl was just as skilled at wielding it as she was; Kage level skill.

Kurai had many skills of his own. If he happened to run into these two, he would deal with them as the situation presented. Kurai said nothing for now. Whatever needed to be said would be said in his new village.

PostSubject: Re: The Summit, V2. (Emiko, Umiko, Muninn, invite)   The Summit, V2. (Emiko, Umiko, Muninn, invite) EmptyMon Feb 15, 2016 5:26 pm

Alec began to fill in Muninn on the changes that were occuring; the hat that was being removed from his head. He was being given two choices, the first of which was to give it up willingly and be trained up so that he could take it back later and actually be able to wear it properly, or to have it removed from his head by force which would result in his death. Alec furthered his point by standing up, clearly ready to deliver that death if it was needed.

Emiko, with a look of pure amusement on her face, looked back and forth between Alec and Muninn while waiting to see what decision would be made. It didn't take long for Muninn to decide to give up the hat willingly, instead of his life. He even said that he was thankful for the chance to train and better himself. Emiko just simply grinned: she had a feeling that the kind of training he was going to go through was going to be the kind that would break him down completely and build him back up again.

She had a feeling someone was going to boot the non-Kage from the room so she simply turned her attention onto Umiko as the woman began to describe two more things. The first was more detail about Kaia and her ears; bunny ears that boosted her perception. The second was more about this ice that apparently Kaia could use herself. All in all this little girl was starting to sound incredibly dangerous. Emiko was with Kurai though; she wouldn't try and put a hand on the girl unless he caused trouble - though Emiko doubted someone who used ice would be so readily willing to come to the desert of all places.

"Hmm... definitely a powerful little girl. So, what's next on the agenda?"

PostSubject: Re: The Summit, V2. (Emiko, Umiko, Muninn, invite)   The Summit, V2. (Emiko, Umiko, Muninn, invite) EmptyMon Feb 15, 2016 6:20 pm

Muninn gave up his position easily enough. He didn't want to die where he stood. He said he'd accept the help that was being offered. There would be no need to separate his head from his shoulders, so Alec sat back down.

Umiko described more about the little girl named Kaia-Mai. She had sensory that was on par with - if not better than - his own, and she could use what was called Demonic Ice; a form of ice that didn't melt in fire. Add that to how she was a medic, a Uchiha and a Holeman, and she was a guaranteed threat. She also had her hands on Muninn's blood sample, which again made Alec shake his head.

"Kurai will decide when you're worthy enough to have your position of power back. You're an S ranked Ninja of Mori until then, so your presence is no longer required here. Your man Okami seems to be in the middle of some kind of situation that is beginning to come to a boil in the dining room, so I would suggest you and him start heading back towards Morigakure. Whatever is going on out there, I can pretty much guarantee that it won't end well for him should an altercation occur." Alec pressed the panel on the floor again, opening the door to allow Muninn to leave. "Have a safe journey back to Mori, Muninn Senju."

Alec would wait for him to leave, and close the door again behind him once he stepped out. "I don't have much else to say, because I know you all wish to return to your homes, as they are vulnerable right now. A good idea would be some way for all of us to keep in touch, and i've taken the liberty of constructing special ear pieces." Alec slid 3 Wireless Communicators across the table to the other 3 Kage. "The signal on these wireless comms is strong enough that the 4 of us can get in touch with each other no matter where we are. It's a secure channel that cannot be tapped. If anyone needs anything for any reason, don't be shy."

The main part of the summit was over and done with now. Everyone was informed about Ranmaru and his partner Kaia-Mai. No one would attack the child since she was innocent in the attack on Muninn, but should Ranmaru show his face around any of the villages, he was open season. This info would be filtered down through the ranks of every village.

"So, if no one else has anything else to say or to add, I believe we can bring the summit to a conclusion," Alec said, leaning back in his seat and relaxing now. "Umiko, it was nice to meet you finally, and if there's any way we can help out Umigakure, please don't hesitate to ask. Have a safe journey back to the ocean. Kurai, you and your sister should head for your new home. Let me know if there's anything you need."

Bowing, Muninn would exit politely. He wasn't exactly pleased with the look on Kurai's face, and didn't like having to give his position up to someone who had an issue with him and his people, even if it was only from a single altercation with Okami. Honestly, the man wasn't giving him the best impression that he could be trusted as anything other than a Kurayami nin, but he would defer to the other Kage's decision. It wasn't permanent, however, and he would be reinstated once everything was cleared up. He had a feeling that this was the plan the entire time, but he shrugged it off. Time to go deal with the mess in the adjacent room.

So, Muninn was offically stripped bare of his title and nothing more than a high ranking Jounin. Umiko could only imagine the kind of things he would have to go through to properly earn his title back, and to prove himself worth of the rank of Harukage. She simply shook her head with a look of amusement on her face as she watched Muninn bow out and leave to go into the other room.

Allowing that thought to clear from her mind for now she shifted her attention back onto Alec as he began to speak once more and slid a wireless communicator to each of them. She put hers in her ear as she listened to Alec explain how these were far stronger than the normal, and unable to be eavesdropped on. They would allow them to keep in contact with each other even over vast distances. He said that if anyone needed anything for any reason not to be shy about asking. Umiko figured this would be a nice way to keep an eye on Ranmaru and his little friend, so she was alll for using it.

"This'll definitely come in handy. I'm going to keep mine on me at all times in case anyone needs anything from the ocean. It was nice to finally get to meet all of you; hopefully in the future we'll be able to become better acquainted. I'll let you know if I need anything; I'm still working on getting Umigakure shaped up after the previous Kage vanished without a trace."

She then listened as Alec ended the Summit, unless someone had something else they wanted to add. Umiko didn't have anything to say so she kept quiet: there was nothing she could bring to the table for now. Plus, she was anxious to get back home to make sure her village was safe - they were low on people and power and it wasn't good in times like these for their strongest two people to both be out of the village at the same time. She didn't expect Myuto to go home right away if he didn't want to, but she needed to make sure that she did.

Alec said it was up to him to decide when Muninn was ready to be given the hat back. Kurai already had plans; plans to break the former Harukage down and re-train him from the basics. He would put the Senju through a grueling training regimen that would have him begging for mercy. If Muninn Senju truly wanted his position of power back, he would see it through to the end. Otherwise, Kurai was prepared to have the position permanently.

Kurai picked up the communicator slid to him. Alec said it was a way for all 4 Kage to keep in touch, no matter where they were. He then ended the summit, told Umiko it was nice to meet her and to ask if she needed anything, then told Kurai that he and Hikari should start heading for their new homes. Kurai nodded his head and stood up. Shinsai let him see that there was an escalating situation in the next room involving Muninn and Shizuka, the quite girl that Alec rescued from a headband hideout.

"Great," Kurai said stepping around the table. "Harukage 5 seconds and I already have to go discipline some of my people..." Kurai gave a wave to Alec, Emiko and Umiko. "I'll go and get things set up, please let me know if I can do anything to help out." He then put a hand to his ear. "Hikari. We're moving to Morigakure, i'm the new Harukage. Get your things together and meet me at the village gates..."

Kurai and Little Kong left the meeting room.

A new communicator? Stronger than the previous? Excellent. This would certainly come in handy, and allow them to be able to keep in constant communication with each other especially should a situation arise with the two crazy people wandering about. "Sweet. This'll come in handy. I'll make sure to keep mine on all of the time, too, on the chance that someone needs something from me."

Emiko would then turn her attention to Umiko, still relaxed and grinning in a friendly way. "Ditto on the needing anything. Don't hesitate to call. I know our villages are worlds a part in their differnce, but I feel we can still benefit each other in our own ways."

She would then nod to Kurai as he left, wondering what sort of situation was presenting itself in the other room if he had to discipline some of his people already. Her grin slipped somewhat off of her face as she thought about it: Suna didn't like Okami, in fact it seemed like no one really did other than that Morigakure girl who had come with them, so had something happened already? The meeting hadn't been that long, but that didn't mean that there hadn't been time for tempers to flare. "I suppose I should go, too. I need to get back to Sabakugakure and tell Holeman and Mitsukai what's going on; make sure they're on their toes with these two. I highly doubt an ice user would comfortably come to the desert just to start screwing with people but you never know... Crazy is as crazy does after all."

Emiko would rise from the table, stretching, and then slide her gourd back onto her back and adjust the red sash that held it there comfortably. She would offer a nod of goodbye to Umiko and then walk over to Alec and give him a hug. "Anyone needs anything don't hesitate to ask.", she would say in parting before she too would walk out the door to leave.

Something was apparently going on in the other room from what Kurai said; and it made Umiko think he had some form of sensory if he knew that even with the door shut. Umiko wasn't going to ask though, as it was his business and not hers. He said he was going to go handle it, and then spoke into the ear piece he had on to inform his sister that he was the new Harukage, that they were moving to Morigakure, and then asked her to pack her stuff and meet him by the gates so they could leave. Umiko wished them the best of luck.

Umiko likewise followed Emiko out. She would keep in mind the help being offered, but she also wanted to try and handle situations as they came up on her own. She wasn't a fool enough to think she could handle everything by herself, but she at least wanted to try instead of constantly having to rely on the strength and help from others. She knew the balance between when to do things on her own and when to ask for help, especially when it came to the lives and safety of others, so she would make sure she asked if a situation came up.

For now, Umiko was interested in getting home. So, without missing a beat, she would pass through the doorway after picking up her own gourd and reattaching it, right behind Emiko. She had no interest in getting involved in the situation going on as she had every intention of getting home as fast as possible to make sure there was someone strong there on the off chance that Ranmaru and Kaia-Mai decided to head back in that direction and wanted to cause some trouble.
