Name: Neko Eye Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: Ranks with User Type: Supplemental Element: / Range: Depends upon Rank Specialty: Neko Duration: Until Canceled Cooldown: Duration Description: Nekos have the ability to widen their pupils to gain an incredible clarity of perception (But not to the extent of Dojutsu such as Sharingan or Byakugan.) Neko eye can pick up the majority of the most minute of details, and gives it's user night vision; the ability to see in pitch darkness. It has a limited zoom function depending on the user's rank. Fully developed, (SSS-0) it grants the user the ability to see things as if watching through a high speed camera, aiding in anticipating and avoiding attacks. Name: Feral Mode Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: Ranks with User Type: Offensive | Defensive Element: / Range: Self Specialty: Neko Duration: See Description Cooldown: See Description Description: A Neko can fully give in to their feline heritage, temporarily boosting all of their stats. A low ranked Neko in this state will be more animal than Neko, unable to discern friend from foe. It will raise all stats 2 complete ranks (Example: D-1 to B-1). Nekos below B-Rank will be able to stay in Feral Mode for a total of 5 posts before they begin to burn out, in which case their attacks will hit with the force of D-ranked attacks. At A-Rank and above, a Neko can stay in Feral Mode indefinitely, and retain all of their cognitive senses.
The stipulations to activating Feral Mode at A-rank change as well. It can be prepped so that the user can remain in the state for however many posts it was prepped for, to avoid any drawbacks, or, the user can engage and remain in Feral Mode indefinitely, having to "cool down" the same amount of posts used in order to activate it again. Attacks while in "cool down" will hit with power 2 ranks below theirs. Nekos cannot bypass "cool down" by exiting the thread.

Name: Leaf Whirlwind (Konoha Senpū - 木ノ葉旋風) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D-Rank Type: Offensive Element: / Range: Melee Specialty: Taijutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 2 posts Description: A taijutsu where one launches a succession of high kicks and low kicks. Firstly, the opponent's evasion margin is restrained upon seeing the high kick, thus augmenting the chances for the low kick to hit the mark. So originally the high kick is little more than a feint.
Name: Opening Stone Rose (Kaikai-Seki Bara - 開会石バラ) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D-Rank Type: Offensive Element: / Range: Melee Specialty: Taijutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 3 posts Description: This technique consist of a very simple, but powerful, kick delivered to the side of the opponent - aimed at causing damage to the ribs. A powerful user of Taijutsu can use this technique to break a rib with relative ease.
Name: Acrobatic Triple Drop Kick (Akurobachikku Sanjuu Doroppu Kikku - アクロバチック さんじゅう ドロップキック) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: / Range: Melee Specialty: Taijutsu Duration: 1 Post Cooldown: 4 posts Description: The user jumps in the air doing a forward somersault and simultaneously kicks the opponent in the upper body dealing three blows. Two of which are to the shoulders and one to the head whilst the user charging chakra into their legs to cause more damage.
Name: Thunder Foot Trap (Kaminari no Ashi - 雷の足) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C-Rank Type: Offensive Element: / Range: Melee Specialty: Taijutsu Duration: 1 posts Cooldown: 4 posts Description: After slipping an explosive tag on the sole of his foot, the user lashes out at an opponent using a front or side kick (preferably at a blind spot) which causes the explosive tag to stick on an opponent. Incredible damage and even fatalities can occur if the attack goes unnoticed; resulting in a crafty attack.
Name: Litterbox Kick Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: Ranks with user Type: Offensive Element: Elements of the user Range: Close | Mid Specialty: Taijutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 3 posts Description: Jubei kicks at his opponent, having raked the ground with the claws on his foot beforehand. It causes a large cloud of dirt and rocks to fly at the opponent, doing damage according to his rank. At a distance it can be used as a slight attack/distraction. Up close, his claws can tear through armor his rank and below, and create gashes in flesh to the bone. Jubei can combine this attack with any element he knows for extra added effects.

Name: Substitution Jutsu (Kawarimi no Jutsu - 変わり身の術) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: / Specialty: / Duration: / Cooldown: 3 posts Description: With this technique, users replace their own body with some other object, generally with a block of wood, the moment an attack lands. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. From this, the user can use the lapse in the enemy's attention to attack or flee from the battlefield. Explosive tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. It's a basic ninjutsu even taught at the Academy, but it's a useful art that can be applied in variety of situations, as it allows for a swift getaway from danger. This technique will not work on someone who has Perception 1 Rank or higher than you.
Name: Clone Technique (Bushin no Jutsu - 分身の術) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: / Specialty: / Duration: - 5 chakra per post. Cooldown: Duration + 2 Description: A ninjutsu that creates an intangible copy of one's own body, without any substance. Since the clone itself doesn't have the ability to attack, and thus can only be used to confuse the enemy, it is mainly used in combination with other ninjutsu. It's a basic technique, but depending on one's ingenuity, it can be used effectively. The clones may not dissipate when they come into contact with something. These clones can be easily distinguished by persons with dōjutsu. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones do not have shadows and will not disrupt the area around themselves with their movement (i.e. won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.).
Name: Transformation Jutsu (Henge no Jutsu - 変化の術) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: / Specialty: / Duration: -10 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 4 Description: Given all the missions ninja are assigned to - battle, intelligence gathering, diversions - this is a priceless ninjutsu. It is typically used to change into people other than oneself, but one also has the ability to change into animals, plants, and even inanimate objects like weapons. This gives this technique an abundance of uses. The transformation of a skilled shinobi will be exactly like the genuine article, so it will be impossible to tell the two apart. On the other hand, a transformation performed by an inexperienced person will have obvious discrepancies. It will be impossible to deceive anyone with it. This is one of the most basic ninjutsu, as such most shinobi know how to perform it.
Detection of this jutsu is related to your Perception Ability Stat. If your PER stat is equal to or lower than the Rank of the person Transformed, you will not be able to detect that they are using a jutsu. If your PER is at least 1 sub-teir above that of the Transformed user, you will be able to see through the transformation.
Name: Body Flicker Technique (Shunshin no Jutsu - 瞬身の術) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: / Specialty: / Duration: / Cooldown: / Description: By using the Body Flicker Technique, a ninja can move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and the intended destination.
The Body Flicker Technique CANNOT BE USED IN COMBAT. It can only be used to enter, or leave, a thread.
Name: Shadow Clone Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B-rank Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: / Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: Until the clone is destroyed, dispersed, or runs out of chakra Cooldown: Three posts after the last clone is destroyed. Description: Similar to the Clone Technique, this technique creates clones of the user. However, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The clones are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original. Shadow clones can't be distinguished from the actual person even by the Byakugan because the clones have the exact same amount of chakra and aren't made from any other substance.
A characteristic that is unique to the Shadow Clone Technique is that any experience the clones gain during their existence is transferred to the user once they are dispersed. This makes the technique ideal for spying, since the user can simply send a clone to spy on a target, then have the clone disperse itself without returning to pass the information back to the user.
(When making a Shadow Clone the user must spend 20 of their chakra per clone, however they may if they so choose give their clone more chakra. Example: If you want your clone to have 50 chakra then you must spend 20 chakra to make the clone and an additional 30 on top of that for the extra 30 chakra. Each clone otherwise will have 20 chakra unless given more - when the chakra is used up the clone will disappear.) When using clones for training the following information is what you need to go by for reductions to your word counts. Genin: 200 words per 20 chakra Used Chuunin: 50 words per 20 chakra Used S Jounin: 10 words per 20 chakra Used Jounin A: 5 words per 20 chakra Used Jounin S: 1 word per 20 chakra Used If you're overall chakra goes down below 20 you will lose consciousness, if it goes below 15 you will die.

Name: Cloud Style Deception Beheading (Kumo-Ryū Damashigiri - 雲流騙し斬り) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Offensive Element: / Range: Melee Specialty: Kenjutsu || Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 3 posts Description: Using the Body Replacement Technique to feign being attack, the user then takes advantage of their opponent's momentary shock, and charges forward with a lateral sword slash.
Name: Imperial Wrath (Teikoku no Ikari - 逆鱗) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Offensive Element: / Range: Melee Specialty: Kenjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 2 posts Description: A technique where, at the moment of the slash, the user quickly switches the positions of their left and right hands, and suddenly alter the trajectory of their sword. The change is nearly instantaneous, and if caught within its range, it's near impossible to block or evade.
Name: Cloud Style Circular Beheading (Kumo-Ryū Junkan Kiri - 云流循環斬り) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: / Range: Melee Specialty: Kenjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 4 posts Description: An attack where the users rushes towards an opponent, apparently trying to stab the opponent, only to launch themselves over the opponent, jumping in a path similar to a crescent moon while slashing at a opponent's shoulder/neck/head. This allows the user to simultaneously surprise the opponent, move behind them, and strike them from above.
Name: Flash (Issen - 一閃) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: / Range: 10 meters Specialty: Kenjutsu || Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 4 posts Description: A swift attack where the user swings their sword at a target after coating it in chakra, releasing a sharp crescent of chakra in the arc that the blade was swung. This arc of chakra only travels 10 meters before dissipating, and leaves gashes up to 1 inch deep.

Name: Katon: Kasumi Enbu no Jutsu [Fire Release: Mist Blaze Dance Technique] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Offensive Element: Katon Range: 10 meters Speciality: Ninjutsu Duration: -5 chakra per post of mist gas release Cooldown: Duration of gas release + 2 Description: After performing the necessary hand seals, the user breathes out a flammable mist, that once it meets with an ignition source, explodes into a large fireball. The explosion is on par with an Explosion Tag, however over a far larger area. Can cause mild second degree burns and concussive bruising.
Name: Katon: Komakai Kaki no Jutsu [Fire Style: Small fire] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Offensive Element: Katon Range: 5 meters Speciality: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 3 post Hand Seals: None Description: The user spews out their mouth a small fire ball the size of a baseball. This is not a jutsu that will do much damage, but it is used quickly to create some space from an attacking enemy. While not super powerful, it is effective for creating space between the user and target or as an ignition source for other jutsu. The flames will cause 1st degree burns on contact.
Name: Katon: Gokakyu no Jutsu [Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Katon Range: 15 meters Speciality: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 4 posts Description: After forming the necessary Hand seals, the user converts a mass of chakra in their stomach into fire, expelling it from their mouth in a massive orb of roaring flames. The released flames will engulf their target, and leave a crater on the ground's surface. At its largest, Goukyaku no Jutsu is 10 feet in diameter, and can travel at 30 mph. Causes instant 2nd degree burns on contact.
Name: Katon: Haisekisho no Jutsu [Fire Release: Ash Pile Burning] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Katon Range: Short(0-5m), Medium(5-10m) Speciality: Ninjutsu Duration: 3 posts Cooldown: 6 posts Hand Seals: Tiger Description: The user spews a stream of chakra infused gun-powder from their mouth up to 11 feet from them which surrounds the region. As the gunpowder is composed entirely of ash, it stays in the air around the victim like a cloud, which can be used like a smokescreen, hindering sight up to 60%. The gunpowder cloud is moderately large as it is being 15-20 feet from the target at all points. After surrounding the enemy with the ash, the user can ignite it with a flint placed on their teeth beforehand to create a spark, resulting in a violent explosion, burning the enemy. The technique lasts 3 posts before the wind blows it away from the battle; of course unless the user ignites the gun powder. If the target is caught in the middle of the explosion there is a small chance of death, but most likely they will sustain major burns and several wounds all around their body. Any wind style jutsu involving manipulating the air can counter this technique easily. The gun-powder from this technique can also be set off via any Fire jutsu, or simply by the user clicking their teeth together. Costs 20 chakra.
Name: Fire Release: Blaze Cutter Long Sword (Katon: Enkiri Chōtō - 火遁・炎切長刀) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Katon Range: Melee Specialty: Ninjutsu || Kenjutsu Duration: -15 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 5 Description: The user infuses fire chakra onto a weapon in order to increase its effectiveness, range and lethality. This can then be formed into various weapons, including a hammer or a longer sword. The size of the resulting weapon depend upon the amount of chakra put into the technique. This technique can be preformed without a weapon but will require more focus and chakra.

Name: Wind Release: Wind Kunai Technique (Fūton: Kaze Kunai no Jutsu - 風遁: 風クナイ技術) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Offensive Element: Fuuton Range: 10 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 3 posts Description: The user is able to create kunai made entirely of wind chakra, which they are able to throw up to 10 meters before the kunai disperse on their own. Each kunai is as powerful as a normal D-rank kunai, and the user is able to create 6 per usage of this jutsu.
Name: Futon: Reppusho [Wind Release: Gale Palm] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Offensive, Supplementary Element: Wind Range: Short(0-5m), Mid(5-15m) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 4 posts Description: A simple technique that when the users hands are clapped together, wind is compressed and transformed into a powerful gale. This technique, when used as an isolated attack has the power to easily knock over a human. Though the true value comes from using it together with projectile weapons like shuriken or kunai. Their speed, power, and ability to wound are all increased by 1 rank.
Name: Futon: Tatsumaki Yurasu [Wind Release Slash] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Wind Range: 25 meters Speciality: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 5 posts Hand Seals: None Description: The user fills their hand with wind chakra, swinging it across in-front of them, releasing the chakra as they swing. It forms a blade of air over the path that the air travelled, causing it to rocket forward towards the target. It has powerful cutting force, enough to sever limbs on impact within 10 meters. The blade of air easily causes 3in deep gashes at all ranges, and can decapitate the target if fired from within 5 meters.
