Clan History: In the distant past, the Hibaku where a clan of highly praise and very powerful water using ninja that where lauded as a noble clan within the lands. The clan was at the apex of society and political circles; no one would dream of going against them. For generations they all but ruled the lands; until a series of accidents, dwindling birth rates, and a fall from political grace all but crushed the clan. In less then 3 generations they fell to the bottom of society within their homeland; fleeing from the cities and towns and into the wilderness that filled much of the country. In small groups, the remains of the clan suffered for many years; struggling to survive and maintain their powers. Around the time of the first Mizukage, one of the larger groups of the clan took the chance of returning to Kirigakure and revealing that they had survived their downfall. Enough time had passed that the people had all but forgotten about them; and they where able to reestablish a presence within the ninja ranks of the country. From here, they work in the backgrounds to restore their people to their former place pf influence and power; however long it takes.

Kekkei Genkai Description: Members of the Hibaku clan are born with near supreme control over water and it's various forms. Members of this clan are able to use Water based jutsu 1 rank higher than normal.
Drawbacks: Members of this clan cannot ever use Lightning based jutsu or items of any kind. Damage from Lightning based jutsu is boosted by 1 rank against Hibaku clan members. Members of this clan MUST have Suiton as their primary element. Members of this clan that take Katon as an element must wait for their 4th element, and it cannot be trained or used above B-rank.

The amount of water created is dependent on the User's rank. D-rank users would produce only a few gallons; C-rank up to 10 ft³ (Cubic Feet), B-rank 1 acre ft, A-rank 3 acre ft. This jutsu does have one other practical usage; it may be used to extinguish flames or fire jutsu; so long as the fire jutsu does not exceed the user's own rank; IE: the fire jutsu is C-Rank and the User of Archerfish is D-rank, the water would not be released in sufficient quantities to stop the fire.
