General Description: Amara stands at five feet seven inches tall and weighs one-hundred and thirty pounds. Her build is slim and yet athletic from years of training with a C-cup bust and an hour-glass shape. Her skin is lightly tanned covered in several places with various seals - though the most notible can be the dragon seal that seems to move as if it had a life of its own. Amara's hair is a deep purple color and goes down below her waist with shorter bangs in the front that hang down slightly in her white colored eyes.
Throughout the years Amara has left much of her tom-boyishness behind in her appearance and has become very feminine looking.
When not found in the normal Raikage garb she can be found in beautiful and elegant dresses and outfits; the most notable one being her favorite white one. While its appearance is that of a dress it is actually a one piece with pants; however the bottom half is done in such a way to resemble the bottom of a dress. The outfit has an open back which ends at the waist. It toes once at the bra-line and then again up around the back of her neck with black strips of cloth that line it. Sleeves are held up with decorative cloth; the sleeves are which are such a thing white material that they are see-through. With this dress she normally wears shoes that resemble flats but with ribbons that go up and around her ankles like ballet slippers which are likewise white in color.








Personality: Amara was a very loving child, but she’s more than quiet. After the tragic events in her past she became rendered mute after a mental breakdown due to the high amounts of stress. While she has learned to talk again, it lends her to be rather quiet – though whether this is due to her personality or otherwise is left to be seen. When someone has spent enough time with Amara they can begin to see that beyond her mentally scarred self is somewhat of a genius. She’s the sort to sit there and figure something out mentally before taking any sort of physical involvement to it. For those who don’t know her and her more laid back nature she can come across as a very lazy child. Because of this high intelligence she has a great joy towards learning, and tends to like to surround herself with those of a /smarter/ nature.
Amara is a very emotional girl. She’s quick to fly off the handle and rage about something if provoked hard enough; but that something tends to be something not involving herself. Given how much she has suffered she’s very protective over those she calls her family and friends, and any sort of threat directed towards them she will not stand for. When she lashes out it tends to be physical in nature, such as beating someone over and over again with her fists, known to have to be dragged off of her opponent even after they’ve fallen unconscious.
Lastly, and no one knows what quite causes it, if it's perhaps part of her psychotic damage that she suffered, or something else entirely, but Amara suffers from bouts of insanity. This can be anything from just cackling at nothing at all, to shoving something into a light socket to cause the power to go out. Whatever she happens to be doing during one of these episodes she enjoys even after she has became /sane/ once more.
As she has grown Amara has become braver - given everything that has happened in her past she has learned to survive in ways that the majority of ninja can only dream of. She's become quick thinking, and quick on her feet - even if her personality has become a bit overall explosive.. or electrifying, depending on what part of it you witness.



Likes: Amara likes nothing more than to find a good quiet place to relax and stretch out with a book. While she’s known to avoid anything fantasy based, she has even been seen reading the dictionary at times when she’s grown bored enough without anything else to read around.
While she does enjoy expanding her mind she’s not above training. With her own private motivation to boost her up, she will go from being almost /lazy/ to suddenly spending hours outside, training well past the limit of it being safe for a child to be outdoors alone.
Amara also has a fondness for mind games of any sort; puzzles, checkers, chess being her favorite. The harder it makes her mind work the more she enjoys doing it. Any sort of brain teaser is always welcome for her; even something as simple as a war game can get her blood pumping and cause that grin of excitement to spread across her face.
Lastly, like almost any other child Amara has a fondness for candy; more particularly lollipops. While she'll eat almost any flavor, her favorites tend to be watermelon and green apple, and she's always known to have at least a few on her at all times.


Dislikes: Amara hates bullies of all shapes and form. Anyone who is power hungry, or tried to dominate someone else are considered the lowest of the low in her eyes. It doesn’t matter the situation that surrounds it, it’s just something she cannot stand.
Amara hates Lima beans. Yeah, I went there. She HATES them. The color, the taste, the texture, the smell, all if it she hates completely. There is nothing anyone in the world can do that would make her partake of such a disgusting food.
Amara has also shown a strong dislike towards things that stink, that’s right, she doesn’t like stinky things. They’re utterly horrible, and she avoids them at all costs.



Motivations: What could motivate someone who has had it all and lost it several times over again? Who has had to walk home from school to enter into a house filled with so more gore and bloodshed that she couldn’t even describe the sight of it all? Well, just that, bloodshed. Amara swore a vow to grow as strong as she could so that one day she’d be capable of hunting down those responsible for her family’s death and slaughtering them in the slowest and more painful of ways. To do to them exactly what they did to her mother her father, and everyone else has she ever loved. It’s the motivation that gets her up in the morning, that gets her to read the hard worded books she does, to go spend hours training herself despite the pain.


Fears: Amara fears failure above even death itself. She fears not getting strong enough to avenge those she has lost, as she believes it’s her responsibility to do so. To fail in such a task she believes would be to fail the family she lost; something more horrible to her than the idea of the loss of them themselves.
While she does fear death it’s not her own she fears but the fear of losing more of the people she loves and cares about. She knows that loss already and avoids it at all costs, this being why it takes her so long to become attached to someone else; as she fears losing them.




History:  Amara's life is above everything complicated: the kind of story told over camp fires but hardly ever believed.

She was born to two loving parents: Raijin Tsukino and Ai Hyuga. They taught her well in her beginning years, and when their dedication to their village took them both away on missions and the like, she would spend time being educated by her extended family. She was, all in all, a very happy and joyous child. They were the perfect family.

However, life is a fickle creature sometimes, a creature that likes to destroy such perfection in one way or another. Thus was the case with Amara and her family. During a mission which called for the expertise of both her mother and her father Amara was kidnapped. When they returned from the village they were informed that an accident occured in which their daughter died. Paperwork was missing, and everyone refused to allow them to see her body under the guise that it was too badly damaged to even recognize her. A coffin filled with someone elses remains was buried in place of her, and the corrupt village in which they lived expected Raijin and Ai to simply move on with their lives and return to their shinobi duties.

However, you couldn't simply rip a child away from their parents in such a manner and expect them to "go on about their lives". While Amara was sent to an orphanage to be raised - having been told that her mother and father had died in the field - Raijin and Ai began searching for answers. There was too much mystery surrounding their young daughters death, too many stones not over-turned, too mucch chaos to it all, an not even questions answered. It just seemed... wrong. It took years, years in which Amara continued to grow and age in an orphanage from the very horrors which nightmares were made of. Eventually, they found what they were searching for, they found their little girl.

At the same time a rather perverted and sick bastard had become kage. Someone who showed far too much attention to Amara. He wished to adopt her. Thankfully, it was that very day that Ai - having finally recieved the last of the evidence she needed to prove that her daughter was alive - burst into the orphange to claim the child that was rightfully hers: Raijin arriving right behind her. They were able to keep their daughter from what was likely going to be a nasty and dark fate, and reclaim her as their own once more. It wasn't long after this, with the corruption of the village so plain to see, that Raijin and Ai took Amara far away from it.

Raijin and Ai were completely honest with their daughter in all they did, including their plans to rid the world of the corruption that claimed it - starting with the village they had just left. She knew that because her mother and father had defected they were now considered missing-nin and thus criminals. None of this bothered the child because even though she was only about ten years old at the time she understood well their goal and their reasons behind the things they did. She was simply incapable of seeing them as the criminals the rest of the world painted them to be.

During this time, as they traveled the world in search of allies and those whose eyes were open to the truth, Amara came across the egg of a dragon. It hatched unexpectedly, and the lovely creature which was born instantly attached itself to Amara. The two were inseperable, though eventually the dragon became too large to keep hidden while they traveled. It was agreed then, in a joint decision, that the dragon would be sealed inside of her by her father and forever live within her so long as Amara remained alive. It would also grant Amara a great deal of powers, as well as adding to her overall safety - something that appeased both of her parents considering they had trackers and the like searching for them day and night due to the price on both of their heads.

Amara continued to grow even further after that,  being trained by her parents and growing by leaps and bounds even though she was no longer a ranked member of a village. By the time they entered into a village setting once more - the very village in which Amara would eventually become Raikage of - she was a Genin with the strength, speed, and abilities of a Jounin. Even still Amara cared little for titles and ranks. She was sixteen years old, incredibly resilent and strong, and was content at being a Genin despite being put on a squad.

It was on this squad she met, and fell in love with Isao. It didn't happen immediately. In fact, Amara was quite stubborn at first. She was only on a squad because it had been forced upon her and even then she didn't wish to spar with her team-mates or train with them - not because she saw herself as above them but because she feared harming them with her hidden talents and abilities. By that point in time she had a passive raiton shock that could down a full grown horse and kill it instantly after all. This, of course, caused a bit of tension between herself and her sensei until one day he stumbled upon her while she was training - her unaware of his presence. He saw exactly what she could do, the hidden potential within her, and it wasn't long before he approached her and began to ask questions. Amara was open with him, explaining to him - the first person outside of her family to hear the truth - about the dragon bijuu sealed inside of her and the things that had gone on in her childhood. They came to an agreement that day that she would participate in squad activities and in exchange he would train privatly with her so that she could actually get a chance to learn from someone new without the risk of harm to an innocent Genin. It was a deal Amara was happy to strike.

So, as the months would pass Amara would find herself crushing on her sensei; a crush which grew into much more. A friendship formed between the pair, and it wouldn't be more than a year before Amara would announce her feelings to Isao and explain how she felt about him. it was a shock to find out that he felt the same exact way. Given their Genin and Sensei position they knew they had to be careful, so Amara allowed some of her abilities to be known - something that gaurenteed her a rise through the ranks fairly quickly all things considered.

In fact, it wasn't more than two years - on her eighteenth birthday - before she was appointed as the new Raikage. She ruled over the village fairly, fixing a lot fo the issues that the village had had with the guidance of her father, mother, and Isao. Within a year and a half everything would be good as new, with a proper successor chosen to take her place so that she could step down - Amara being convinced she wasn't meant to be behind a desk but rather out in the field.

It was then decided that Isao, Raijin, Ai, and herself would go traveling. It was there they came across Umigakure where they stayed and lived for quite some time before discovering a kage-less village within the sky. It was decided then that Isao would become Kage - proving to be much stronger than any individual the floating village had at that time. Amara was more than happy to provide protection - both for the village as a whole as well as the new kage's personal bodyguard. A perfect set up n her eyes...

RP Sample:[/b] "Ugh...", she fell face first into the mud again, the rain continuing to pour down on her. The cold had more than numbed her body by this point but she couldn't give up. "No... gotta... keep going...", she ground out as she, shakily, got to her feet once more. She began to go through the motions again, a few kicks here, a few punches there. Her heart was in it, but her body wasn't.
Soon she found herself once more on the ground, no longer having the strength to get up. She had been at this training thing for hours now, had more than worn herself out. Now she would have to wait for someone to come find her, to see that she had snuck out yet again, and was now lying face down in the mud, too tired to even call out..
