Clan History: Located deep in the Kumogakure mountains, a clan of people lived off the land with thanks. They worshiped the spirits of the mountain, yearning to become one with it. When the wars of the ninja clans started to take place, these people found that they could heal from grave injuries. People were seemingly being raised from the dead, though it was not the case. This ability is the reason the clan has survived for so long. Forsaking the old ways of living, they united with Kumogakure once the village started. For years and generations, these ninja were heads of the medical division of Kumogakure, often healing the wounded warriors of the village with their incredible abilities. When the plague hit, these ninja followed the survivors of Kumo to various villages. With the recent revival of the village, the Takayama have returned are ready to resume their position as top medics of the village.

Kekkei Genkai Description: Because of the clan's long time connection with the earth and it's spirits, the members of this clan are blessed with the power to heal when in contact with the Doton element. This technique can be used on others as well, as long as a member of this clan's chakra is surging through the earth. What is unique about this clan is that when they completely go underground for a short amount of time, their wounds heal rapidly. The severity of the wounds healed and speed are determined by the rank of the jutsu used. They are also still able to use Doton jutsu while underground to defend themselves, as they do not loose consciousness.
Drawbacks: Members of this clan are estranged from the Raiton element and therefore cannot learn it. Also, members of this clan are naturally weak to the element, as they receive +1 rank in damage from Raiton techniques. Members of this clan also enjoy combat and do not believe in illusions or trickery. This means that they can not learn Genjutsu and all Genjutsu used against them gains a +1 in power.

Description: By mixing the medicinal chakra with the Doton element, the user is able to heal theirself or others by surrounding them in rock/dirt/mud or any other substance controlled by Doton. The user will sink in the ground, seemingly being swallowed by the earth. While covered, the user is able to breathe normally, as little holes are left for air. The Doton can be created by the user or natural. The type of injuries and speed of healing depends on rank.
D-Rank: This jutsu may only be used on one person. It heals minor injuries like bruises, cuts of 1 inch, sprained ankles, first degree burns, etc. within one post. staying longer has no added effects.
C-Rank: This jutsu can still only be use on one person, but it can heal moderate injuries like second degree burns , cuts up to 3 inches, etc. within one post.
B-Rank: This jutsu can now heal up to two people, and can heal more severe injuries like third degree burns, broken bones, cuts up to 5 inches, etc. It can also draw out weak poisons (B-Rank and below) within two posts. This jutsu takes an addition 5 chakra on the second post.
A-Rank: This jutsu can heal up to three people and can heal most injuries including severed limbs, concussions, minor internal bleeding, fourth degree burns, etc. It can also draw out moderate poisons (A-Rank and below) within two posts. This jutsu takes an addition 10 chakra on the second post.
S-Rank: This is considered the ultimate form of healing. It can be used on up to five people and can heal almost any severety of injury including loss of organ, brain damage, major internal bleeding, and much more. It can draw most poisons out (S-Rank and below) within three posts This jutsu takes an additional 10 chakra on the second and third posts.
