Description: Because of how these gloves where made, they have an innate Katon affinity. Because of this, they are unaffected by all sources of fire, beyond how they are conditioned to react. In this case, the outer layer of the leather holds a flame, giving the user an ignition source and fire to control at all times.

Description: Sown onto the pads of the thumbs, index, and middle fingers is a special cloth that when struck creates a small spark. This spark is only usable as an ignition source, either for the gloves themselves, or for the user's jutsu.

Type: Item Enhancement
Description: The flammable layer of these gloves can be ignited in any and all condition with a simple spark. Even when wet, the gloves will ignite normally so long as they are exposed to a spark or other ignition source. If the user is willing to feed chakra into the gloves, any source of heat above 120°F will be sufficient to ignite the gloves. The user must pay 10 chakra to activate this ability.

Karukaya's right arm is entirely wrapped by specially made bandages that are covered in a very specific fuuinjutsu seal. This seal is powerful enough to contain the power of the Nova chakra that has replaced his original, biological arm. The seal requires a constant source of chakra to remain active; causing Karukaya to loose access to 200 chakra at all times.

Name: Fuuinjutsu Nova Seal
Type: Fuuinjutsu Seal
Description: This is a special seal that was created to contain the power and destructive nature of the nova chakra arm that has replaced Karukaya's original biological arm. Without this seal, the nova chakra would begin to degrade and destroy the rest of Karukaya's body. This seal is extremely powerful, and requires a constant input of chakra to remain active and effective. Because of this, Karukaya looses access to 200 chakra at all times, and cannot recover it unless the seal is completely removed and destroyed. The nature of the seal allows the Nova chakra to be access and harnessed normally.
