If she so chose, Temaki could just blow his house down, so he didn't even bother. In fact, Okami wasn't bothering with much right now. The door to his massive house was unlocked, his equipment scattered, and a note stuck to the door with a kunai reading "Come in, my executioner...". Right now he lay in a puddle of tears and blood as Kusanagi, his pride and joy, was brought across his wrist a third time. Damn Rin for putting him in this situation. Damn Suna for his arrogance. And damn himself twice for drawing his blade when he could have just explained the exercise. Trying to force a Genin to do teamwork building wasn't how Mori did things. He had been bluffing about sending him back to the Academy. He hadn't however, been bluffing with his blade. Steel was steel, no matter how it was used. Whether cutting a mask or a throat, he had drawn his blade on a Genin outside of training. That was unacceptable behavior, Uchiha temper or not. By the time Temaki found him, there would be five deep slashes in his left arm, hanging uselessly by his side as he lay in a fetal position, tears and blood closing in equal measure.

Enough was enough. She had heard Rin's report of what he had witnessed from his vantage point during the confrontation before he stepped in, she had also heard Suna's account of the situation. As it was, she felt that Okami's would likely only further to condeme him. Rin had informed her that he had placed Okami on house arrest pending what her decision was: well it was made.

Five ANBU agents had been sent to collect Okami from his home: whether he was willing or would need to be brought in by force was up to him. One of the ANBU was a medic who would patch him up ahead of time - she had heard blood had been drawn during Rin and Okami's confrontation after all and wanted him in tip top shape for the punishment she was about to lay down.

The ANBU agents would arrive at Okami's home, entering without bothering to knock due to the warrent for his 'arrest'. Medical attention would be given, would Okami be willing, and his arm healed: or rather, the bleeding stopped. One of the ANBU would inform Okami that he was being brought into Temaki's office: that she had come to a decision on his sentence. If he was willing they would escort him freely straight to her office and through the double doors; if he was unwilling then likely a fight would break out.

If Okami had been willing Temaki would be seated at her desk, a look of pure calm on her face, when he entered with the ANBU agents. Elbows would resting on the arms of her chair, and fingertips brought together in a peak in front of her. Her desk would be completely empty of paper save for Okami's file which was closed. She would nod to the ANBU agents one of whom would close the doors and station themselves around her office at various points: protection detail.

"I have been hearing some very troubling things about you Uchiha Okami. Very troubling indeed. You threatened a member of Kurayamigakure despite me telling you when you left to be a proper example for our village. You also attempted to defy the Kuraikage himself when he told you to leave his village due to that previous mentioned confrontation. Yet, I was willing to allow those things to slide. I even gave you a small team of Genin to look after. I have heard both Hari Suna's account of things as well as Uchiha Rin. I highly doubt I need to hear yours at this point. Not only did you threaten Hari Suna by your attempt at using your sword against him, but you also further terrified Kamizuki Miyuki despite having read her file and knowing how she suffered. Because of your blatant violations of not only my word but village policy and law I am offering you two choices. You can either be deranked to that of a Genin and earn your position as a Jounin of this village once more, or you can choose exile. If you choose exile you will be labeled as a wanderer, but if you return to this village ever again I will personally kill you." During everything she said her voice was calm, relaying no sort of emotion just as her face. It was not Okami's business to know how she truly felt about this situation: she was acting as Kage, not as his friend.

Okami would walk in with the grace of a predator, despite having just slashed kanji into his arm. It read "Memories of Sin" in pinkish scar along his forearm, along with  a deep scar above his jugular. It likely would have reached the artery had either he or Rin even flinched, but as Shinobi they had nerves of steel. If Temaki noticed, he would explain that he had the medic keep the scars as a reminder of his failures...again. The same had been for the ones on his face. He would be unarmed, his shirt zipped back to reveal his headband laying loose across his neck. After hearing his options, he would sigh.

"Well, that's not much of a choice to me. Honestly, I would rather die than have to leave Morigakure. It is my home. As for becoming a Genin...I could use a refresher. All this fuss made me think. Why would I use my blade on a comrade, even if it was only to slice his mask? Obviously, I became a Jounin too swiftly last time if I was still willing to do so. I'm sorry about this, Temaki-sama. I had hoped to get Miyuki-chan to open up with a bite to eat. I...started to see her as a little sister after reading her file. You know how we Uchihas get. As for Suna, his attitude wasn't horrible, it just rubbed the wrong way when he was so willing to just give up over something like a bell. What...What squad will I be assigned to, as a Genin?

OOC Note: If it's all right with you, I'm going to use this situation as a Sharingan tomoe trigger. Keeping my stats will be nice, although will I still have the same limitations on training and such? Like, only being able to go up to C-3, or not being able to use S-Ranked Equipment? I ask because my sword and armor are both S-Ranked.

.oO(OOC: Very soon, either some point tonight or some point tomorrow morning, weaponry is going to be updated to include Stat points: such as needing X amount of strength to wield a weapon or needing X amount of endurance to survive an effect of the weapon without self harm. So, as far as your armor and sword goes that will have to be taken into account fairly soon as well. For the moment I would say no: using S rank equipment/jutsu as a Genin wouldn't exactly be fair to the other Genin: however A rank is allowed if you have an A rank sword. As far as your stats go: train them up to C-3 for now, and once they're there we'll see. I'm willing to allow you to keep what you have, considering you cannot exactly undo training and such, but as far as learning new things that's iffy as of the moment given the rank-down. As far as the Tomoe 2 moment? Sure, go for it so long as you have the 50+ posts it's legit.)

Temaki listened as Okami responded, saying that that wasn't much of a choice: this was true, yes, but it was better than her just automatically taking his life and calling it a day. She hadn't wanted to go to that extreme if it wasn't nessecary. Killing one of her own people was not something she would have enjoyed doing: which was precisely why she had found another way. She kept silent though, not wanting to interupt him, and wanting to give him time to make his decision.

In the end it seemed as if Okami had made one though: become a Genin once more instead of having to face exile. It was definitely the better of the two choices: though how his fellow Jounin and friends would take it... well, that was up to him to deal with, not her. "Alright, I'm going to warn you though, Uchiha Okami: if you screw up again? You're out. This is it. This is the last straw. I keep giving you chances in hopes it doesn't turn around and bite me in the ass and so far it has: so this is it."

A thoughtful expression would then fall upon the Harukage's face, the first sign of emotion since Okami would have entered really. "As far as yoru squad: I have yet to decide on that. The only active squad is that of Emiko Sabure - the newly appointed sensei of Hari Suna and Kamizuki Miyuki." How would they take her appointing Okami to their squad? Would Suna get angry? Would Miyuki quit out of fear of the man? Or, would it all work out for the better in the end?

"Hmm...Being in that squad would certainly be interesting. It could be fun, though. I really want to get to know them better. I promise I'll do better this time, Harukage-sama." Okami would say gently, love for his Village and Kage in his voice. He knew that she wasn't fond of formalities, but the situation required it, and he would never stoop so low as to dishonor her by calling her anything less formal than -sama. If he was placed into Squad Three, he would ask where they were currently training and begin to head off that direction. Otherwise, he would head off home then begin missions in the morning.


OOC: Okay! I have a B-Ranked sword lol, but I've never gotten to use my S-Ranked one except for in this thread (Kusanagi).

He wanted to be in the squad with Miyuki and Suna? Did he realize what he was getting himself into? Temaki could only wonder. Honestly, she had been expecting him to seem relieved that he wasn't going to be placed with them - at least not away. However, given his response... "Alright, I'll put you on Squad Three. They're currently meeting at Training Ground 15: be warned, it's the sand training ground. I doubt they're done by now. Best of luck, Uchiha Okami. Give this to Sabure Emiko when you arrive..." She would dot down a quick note for Emiko and then seal it shut with a simple Fuuinjutsu seal: one that marked it as having been written and sealed by the Harukage herself.

The letter would read:

Emiko,
My punish for Uchiha Okami has been decided: I gave him the option to face exile or be de-ranked: he decided to choose the latter. He is a Genin once more until he has earned his way back up to a proper Jounin. Unfortuantely, your squad is the only active one, and he must be placed on it. I do hope that this can work out for the better. Keep me updated on everyone's progress: I warned Uchiha Okami that this is his last chance. Good luck. -T

Temaki would hand the sealed letter over to Okami before he left; hoping really the best of luck to everyone involved... Something told her someone would eventually end up in her office again.
