Training Ground 15 was easy enough to find. It was a giant circle with that was many miles wide. Surrounding the training ground was a metal chain link fence that stood nearly ten feet tall with the only entrance being the south one. This particular training ground had been created to mimic the desert. While the air temperature was that of Morigakure's the entire 'field' was nothing but sand. Lots and lots of sand. At various points there were wooden poles or stumps for obvious training exercises, as well as some worn but still standing dummies for practice.

Emiko was seated on top of one the stumps a good twenty meters away from the gates: easily able to be spotted given her blue and black outfit stuck out among all of the tan colored sand, even her white hair would be noticeable compared to the backdrop. Like usual a sash, this one black in color, was tied around her waist and crossed across her chest to then connect to the sand gourd on her back. The gourd brought the smell of blood around the female: the blood of enemies who had crossed her and not lived long to tell the tale about it.

She was waiting patiently, going over the mental plan she had for the exercises she wanted to preform. But first she wanted to get a chance to know her student, what he wished to share. She didn't like looking in files and finding information out that way, she'd much rather just hear it from him and allow him to keep the secrets he wished to keep.

Suna got a chance to eat. It was probably the only time that he removed his mask. Suna always ate alone, because he didn't want anyone else to see his face and scars. He'd made a habit of calling Okami scarface, but he was the very definition. Yet, know one knew that, and if he had it his way, no one would know.

After finishing off his meal and washing it down with a fruity flavored beverage, Suna put his mask back on after cleaning out it's insides, replacing the filter, and wiping off the eyeholes. He put on his gourd, put his dishes in the sink to wash later, then left his two roomed home. Pulling his finger less black gloves on tighter, Suna began to head towards the training grounds.

15 was a big ring surrounded by a fence. The inside was filled with sand. Suna opened the gate entrance and walked in, headed over towards Emiko, who wasn't very far from the way in and out. Suna reached down and he approached to pick up a handful of the sand, examining it and moving it around in his hand.

"Y'know, ya always take me to the nicest places, coach," Suna said with heavy sarcasm as he got near Emiko. "I think this is going to be the beginning of a beautiful friendship. So, is dinner first? Or shall we skip straight to the desert? Rawr!" Suna had to use his hands to do an eyebrow waggle motion.

Emiko spotted Suna as he arrived, and watched as he walked over to her. The rest of the training ground was empty and would likely remain so while Emiko was in the area: when a Sabure was training in their 'natural element' it was always best to keep ones distance. Or so that's how she figured they were thinking anyway. It mattered little to her since it meant they likely wouldn't be bothered and interrupted.

Emiko chuckled at Suna's antics: he was a jokester apparently, and she was willing to deal with that. "I figured Training Ground 15 would ensure we weren't bothered; most people don't like coming near while Sabure are in their natural element - or as close to a real desert as one can get in Morigakure anyway. Which also means no one will be prying while I teach you what I planned on teaching you today. First though, the annoying as hell meet and greet."

She grinned a bit. "I'm going to tell you about myself, everything I know, the elements I have access to. This way you know exactly what I can and cannot help you with. I'm also going to give you a bit of information about my past, because I think you deserve to know who and what you're dealing with. What you choose to tell me is up to you. I haven't read your file, and I have no intentions of doing so. I don't want to know anything about you that you don't feel like sharing openly." She paused, giving him a moment to think over those words: she was by far not a typical sensei, and she wanted to ensure he knew that. She wasn't going to press and pry in his own personal information, nor was she expecting to know anything about him if he didn't feel like sharing it.

"As you already know I'm Emiko Sabure. I have can utilize Doton (Earth), Fuuton (Wind), Saton (Sand), and Katon (Fire). I specialize heavily in Ninjutsu, Fuuinjutsu, and Medical Ninjutsu. I'm also very proficient in Genjutsu and Puppetry. I know about as much Taijutsu as needed to throw a punch without breaking my own hand, but I tend to rely on long range abilities instead of trying to fight someone up close."

She paused, thinking about what she had decided she was going to tell him. "So, like I said earlier I don't get along with my branch of the Sabure clan. When I was a little girl my parents threw me out into the streets because the clan elders told them to: I refused to be a blood thirsty killer like they expected me to be even though I was only about four or five at the time. I got taken in by another family. Later on, when my adoptive brother became kage, I got sent to meet with the Sabure. I was to inform the elders that I would be taking over as clan head under my brother's direction because the clan was out of control during that period of time. They didn't like that too well; they ended up crushing me to death. So I know very well what my enemies go through when I kill them. Thankfully, a very proficient medic was nearby and was able to revive me: it was what got me interested in medical ninjutsu to begin with. Anyway, the point of telling you all of this is so that you can understand why I'm not going to try and change your mind and keep you from seeking revenge. I know what revenge is all about, and sometimes it's just needed. If killing Okami is your goal then I will do my damn best to ensure you do that without dying yourself."

She then paused once more, wondering how Suna was going to take the next portion of news she was going to offer up. She felt he had a right to know... "I'm also a Jinchuriki. I have the beast known as Shukaku sealed inside of me... I'm telling you this so that you're aware of it ahead of time. I intend on taking you on some fairly high ranked missions, and if worst comes to worst and the need for Shukaku arises, I want you to be aware of what is going on ahead of time, instead of surprising you with it later."

'Why am I doing this to myself, again? Why didn't I just stay home under the covers like I wanted to?' Miyuki found herself thinking as she made her way toward Training Ground 15. Temaki had shown up at her house only fifteen or so minutes ago and asked her to give a new sensei a chance. This one was supposed to be a female named Emiko Sabure, and Temaki had told her she was one of her closest friends, someone that she trusted. Miyuki hadn't wanted to, she had been all for remaining hidden under the blankets in her room in the orphanage. But, that would have been rude, and Miyuki hadn't wanted to come off like that to the Harukage.

It would seem that Miyuki arrived just in time; Emiko and Suna were already there and it seemed like Emiko was offering up information about herself. She claimed her elements as earth, wind, sand, and fire, and her specialties as ninjutsu, fuuinjutsu, medical ninjutsu, genjutsu, and puppetry. Apparently Emiko was long range just like she was, and just like Suna was. Miyuki came to a stop nearby, arms folded across her chest tightly with her shoulders slumped: almost as if she were trying to fold in on herself and disappear. She didn't make a noise nor announce her arrival - she figured they would both have seen her by now so there was no point in making a noise.

As she listened to Emiko speak and got a better look at the female she noticed that she looked familiar: she was the medic who had saved her life when she had been found and rescued. Emiko was the reason she was alive.

Emiko began by talking. This was something Okami didn't do. He started out with bells. She said she picked this area because most didn't like coming near a Sabure in the sand. He understood that perfectly. She also said no one would be coming near here to spy or anything like that either, which was an added bonus.

Emiko said she was going to tell Suna about herself; her past and what she could do. She said whatever he wanted to tell her was up to him; she hadn't read his file, she wasn't going to read his file, so she knew absolutely nothing. The past was something he didn't like talking about since he looked at the ground, and around them while rubbing the back of his neck.

Emiko Sabure could control Earth, Wind, Sand, (obviously) and Fire. Her specialties were Ninja Techniques, Sealing techniques, Medical Techniques - something that grabbed his attention - Illusions and Puppetry. While she knew just a little Physical fighting, just like himself, she was a long range fighter, like he was for the most part.

This was when Miyuki showed up again. "There she is, the squad poster girl," Suna said, attempting to break the ice between them, and in so many ways, let her know that while being a sarcastic joker, he wasn't totally an asshole.

Emiko continued to speak, telling the story of her past. She didn't get along with the branch of the Sabures that she belonged to. Like him, they wanted her to be a killer, which lead Suna to believe that perhaps all of the Sabures were bad news, save for him and Emiko. She was thrown out, then adopted. She was supposed to take over as clan head since the Sabures were up to no good, so she explained how they killed her. She was revived, and became a medic. So Emiko knew what it was to want revenge. Emiko said she'd do whatever she could to help him have it.

Emiko went on to admit that she had a tailed beast sealed in her. She had high ranked missions planned, and if it really hit the fan, the beast would emerge. Suna didn't know how he felt about that. Was she going to rage out? Would she lose all reason and attack everyone? Time would tell...

"Well... That's... a pretty messed up story, coach... Me, I don't like talking about the past, cause that's where it is, in the past... I mean, who wants to hear my lame story, anyway? That a bunch of morons called the Hari Clan used to fight people just to fight people, and sided up with some morons of the Sabure Clan who also used to fight people just to fight people. That a Hari and a Sabure did the horizontal polka just to make a kid and turn it into a weapon. Dear ol' mom and dad didn't care about anything except how well I fought. No Christmas or birthday presents, no good job son, no pat on the head, a kiss on the cheek, just punch this, or kill that. That's how it was 13 years. They didn't even care when my face got all scratched up into hamburger; the reason I wear this mask. I mean, what kind of moron names their kid "Suna Hari?" Sand Glass?... But there's a happy ending to this story ladies and gents and the audience watching at home; somebody - I donno who it was, if I did i'd shake their hand and offer them cupcakes - somebody came along and destroyed home sweet home, and murdered just about everyone, including dear ol' mom and dad. You never figure a kid would be happy to see his parents bleeding out on the floor, but i'd pay top dollar to see it again, with popcorn and front row seats... Wasn't too long after that when these guys with cat masks show up, start taking us that lived through it to Mori. Everybody else left and moved on, but me, where'm I gonna go?... So i spent a year in the academy and graduated, became a Genin... I got put on a squad with emolester and Miyuki here, and... yeah. Fast forward to the present. The lobster tries to kill Suna. Suna wants revenge. Emiko offers to teach, and Miyuki is voted sweetie of the year." Suna gave Miyuki 2 thumbs-up. "Will Suna learn what he needs to defeat the emolester? Stay tuned for scenes from the next episode of Revenge is a dish best served sandy...."

Suna wasn't ordinarily so open. Maybe being around someone who wasn't trying to kill him or just interested in his fighting talents, around someone who actually talked to him and treated him like a person and not a weapon was having an effect on him, whether he knew it or not...

PostSubject: Re: Revenge Is Best Served Sandy [Team Three or Invite Only][No-Kill]   Revenge Is Best Served Sandy [Team Three or Invite Only][No-Kill] EmptyFri Dec 25, 2015 11:50 pm

So, not only had Emiko had a very messed up past but so had Suna. Was this scarred face of his that he had mentioned the reason behind him wearing the gas mask all of the time? She couldn't blame him: she kept her whole body as covered as possible because of the amount of scars that covered her body as well as the fact that she didn't want anyone to look at her. Very slowly Miyuki would straighten up and drop her arms, no longer looking as if she wanted to fold in on herself and disappear.

Suna's comment's made her smile a bit and giggle, further relaxing her. Given that everyone else seemed to be ripping off bandaids and comparing scars it seemed like it was her turn to do so. "You're uh... you're that lady who saved me. I remember your face. Back when they first found me...", she commented, picking at the edges of the sleeves of the sweater she wore. She then looked between Suna and Emiko before deciding to just get on with the sharing, "When I was ten years old a mob boss got angry at my family. They were merchants, and my twin and I used to set traps and stuff against bandits and theives. One of the so called thieves happened to belong to this mob boss and it pissed him off that he couldn't get what he wanted. He sent people after us and my parents were killed. My brother and I were captured, and separated. I'm not sure what happened to him, but uh... from the age of 10 to the age of 13 when I was saved I was pretty much tortured in every way you can imagine by some evil old man. They were trying to turn kids like me into soldiers for them. If we did something wrong, or tried to resist, they'd beat us or worse. Sometimes, they'd do it just becuase they were bored. Anyway, I got saved when the place was raided. I was brought to Mori and Temaki offered me a place to stay in one of the orphanages. She didn't put me into the Academy though, she gave me a series of tests to see where I was at and decided I was advanced enough to be ranked as a Genin."

"Anyway... I use Genjutsu mostly, and a little bit of Ninjutsu. Not sure how that bell test would have gone down... Genjutsu works depending on the other persons ability to perceive. Trying to use a Genjutsu against a Uchiha is a death sentence..."
, she went silent then, feeling rather calm despite telling such a horrible story. At least she felt like Emiko and Suna could relate to her on some of what had happened to her.

PostSubject: Re: Revenge Is Best Served Sandy [Team Three or Invite Only][No-Kill]   Revenge Is Best Served Sandy [Team Three or Invite Only][No-Kill] EmptySat Dec 26, 2015 12:01 am

Both Suna and Miyuki's stories were sad ones. They had both been through a lot, more than any child should, but they had come out of it alive which was saying a aweful lot. Suna's own parents had trained him to hurt and to kill and from what Suna had explained they cared of nothing else but that. No birthdays, no holidays. They just wanted to aim him towards a target and expected him to follow directions. His parents were killed though, and from what he described ANBU had saved him and several others. Miyuki meanwhile had had a family that loved her but had lost them at a young age due to a mob boss that wanted to steal what he wanted. She had endured three years of hell, which Emiko knew personally as she had been the one to heal her when she had been brought in after the raid.

"Alright. So now that we know a bit more about each other let me explain to both of you what I have planned for this squad. My goal is to get the two of you to become as strong as possible; and confident in both yourselves and your abilities. I plan on doing that in several ways. First of all I'm going to teach you a jutsu that will become a staple for all training to come. It'll cut your training time down greatly, but I'll explain more about that in a minute. I plan on taking you two on missions: we'll start out with some C rank or B rank ones until we're all used to working with each other. Then, if you two are willing we'll take on some A ranks as well. I also intend on doing some traveing; you can't always learn everything from sticking around the same village all the time. Experience comes from traveling and getting a chance to see new things. You cannot prepare for everything if you haven't seen everything. Plus, I've gained word that a friend of mine has recently moved to the newly revamped Kurayamigakure: his name is Kinzoku and he uses metal sand. I figured he'd be an interesting individual for you to meet Suna. There's another friend of mine named Artemis who likewise lives in that village, she uses Yin to enhance her Genjutsu; I think she'd be interesting for you to meet Miyuki, she's about your age too."

Emiko then paused, thinking. "So, before I go on to tell you about this jutsu I want to know what you two expect from me. Is there anything in particular you'd like to learn, or anything that you'd like to do? If I can't teach you it directly I'm sure I can find someone willing to help."

Miyuki had a similar messed up story. Suna began to understand why she acted like she did. It all became clear. That whole thing with Okami must have given her flashbacks. It just made Suna want to kill him even more. The guy had to have read her file. yet he still acted like a jack hole in front of her? Man. Where did Temaki find this guy?

It didn't matter. Maybe Miyuki was beginning to change too. She was standing up straight for the first time that he could see. She even smiled and laughed some at his dumb ass antics. Emiko said she had plans for them. She was going to teach them both a super jutsu. This made Suna rub his hands together. His parents weren't really parents, but the one thing they did that he liked was teach him new things. Suna liked new things. She had missions of different ranks planned, and they were also going to do some traveling, particularly to that dark village he'd heard about: Kurayamigakure. Emiko had friends there. One of them was named Kinzoku and he had metal sand. Suna tilted his head some. Metal sand? He had to see it to believe it. there was also someone there named Artemis who had skills with illusions.

But, before the teaching of the super jutsu would begin, Emiko asked if there was anything specifically that they wanted to learn. If she couldn't teach it, she'd find someone who would. Suna remembered that she said she was a medic, something that interested him from back in his days at the village. If he got good enough at it, then maybe he could fix his face himself, instead of leaving it to someone else, and having to show them his scars...

"Is it possible for you to... teach medical techniques, coach?..." he asked. "I mean... it'd be kinda cool to fix wounds on the fly and all..." This wasn't his only reason for wanting to learn.

PostSubject: Re: Revenge Is Best Served Sandy [Team Three or Invite Only][No-Kill]   Revenge Is Best Served Sandy [Team Three or Invite Only][No-Kill] EmptySat Dec 26, 2015 9:43 am

Emiko stated that her goal was to get them both as strong as possible and confident not only in themselves but their abilities. It sounded like a wonderful idea to Miyuki: perhaps she wouldn't have to hide anymore if she learned some fancy tricks and was able to better defend herself. Maybe, she'd even get to go plot out her own revenge against the old man who had harmed her: she had heard he escaped after all, that he wasn't one of the people killed in the raid. Emiko also stated that she had some higher than average missions she wanted to take them on: considering Emiko had a tailed beast sealed inside of her Miyuki wasn't too worried about their safety - Emiko didn't seem like the type of person to needlessly risk her squads lives.

Emiko even had a super cool jutsu to teach them. But, before all of that she wanted to know what they wanted to learn. What was it that they wanted out of her. Suna was quick to ask about medical techniques, but medical wasn't something that really interested Miyuki too much. Sure, it had saved her life, but she still preferred to keep her distance from people and to not allow them to get too close to her. "I'd like to learn Fuuton, if possible, and increase my ability with Ninjutsu. I know there are some wicked Fuuton shield abilities, and armors. If I learned something like that I wouldn't have to worry about anyone being able to get close to me and exploiting my weakness as a long range fighter." It seemed like a good plan to Miyuki at least. If she was used to fighting only long range, which she was because she didn't like the idea of allowing anyone to get close enough to touch her, then she was sporting a very big weakness if she didn't have some means of protecting herself were someone to get close. But, a wind shield that would cut anyone like razor blades that got near her? Seemed like a good plan to her.

PostSubject: Re: Revenge Is Best Served Sandy [Team Three or Invite Only][No-Kill]   Revenge Is Best Served Sandy [Team Three or Invite Only][No-Kill] EmptySat Dec 26, 2015 10:13 am

Emiko showed a great deal of patience, wanting to give them a chance to really think about what they wanted to learn from her. However, it didn't seem like she was going to have to wait long for an answer: both of her students had an idea of what they wanted to be taught already. Suna wished to learn medical techniques, and Emiko would easily be able to teach him. She nodded to him, with a slight grin. "Definitely. I can teach you both offensive medical techniques as well as supplementary ones. I can even show you, if you're interested, special poisons that can be mixed with your sand. If someone goes to touch you and they're fast enough to get in that close it's their ass if they touch your sand at all, or get touched by it."

She then would turn her attention to Miyuki as the other female spoke up about wanting to learn Fuuton, as well as increase what skills she already had in Ninjutsu. Again, Emiko would grin before nodding. "I can do that, too. I have a few techniques in mind that would work for you. Plus, I have a friend named Avery who has a constant passive wind shield; sort of like what the Sabure have, that protects her automatically. If she hasn't already she's likely going to show up in Kurayamigakure because her husband is the Kuraikage. I might be able to get her to teach you that. I have some other wind shields I could teach you for now, however, that will do in a pinch."

Emiko then stood up in one lithe movement despite the heavy gourd on her back and stepped off of the stump and onto the ground. "Alright. So the technique that I want to show you two is called the Shadow Clone Jutsu. It's listed as B-rank ability wise, so for a while it might take a bit more chakra for you two to pull off. However, as I've stated it's excellent when it comes to training. Whatever your clone does or learns is knowledge that becomes passed to you when it disperses. So if you both use several clones to train with the knowledge that they learn is passed directly back to you when they're gone. You could essentially halve your training time easily enough, if not more. The more clones you use the faster the training will go. Just be careful though, chakra burn is a nasty nasty thing to deal with, and if you use too much chakra you can of course die. So don't push it that badly."

Emiko brought her hands together, obviously preparing to start weaving hand seals. "Now, watch carefully. Unlike elemental clones Shadow Clone's are more durable. You can once you're used to making them even give them more chakra for them to use. Unlike elemental clones, however, when Shadow Clones disperse they do not in fact cause damage; such as how fire clones blow up when they disperse, and raiton clones give off a shock, that sort of thing. Alright, here we go..." Emiko weaved the hand seals, ensuring she went slow enough for both of them to watch. When she was finished two clones of herself, exact replicas, appeared; one to her left and one to her right. "If you have any questions feel free to ask. Otherwise go ahead and give it a shot."

Emiko said she'd teach him meds, offensive and supplementary. She said she'd even show him poisons that he could mix with his sand. Touching the sand with the poison in it was bad news for anyone in a fight. It made Suna dance a little jig at the thought of it.

Miyuki said she wanted to learn how to do Wind techniques. Emiko said she could do that, and that she had friends in the dark village that could show her some things as well, like wind shields. No one would be able to get near her, and it was perfect.

Emiko explained that the super jutsu she was going to teach them was Shadow Clones. These weren't like the clones with no substance that he learned in the academy, no, there were real, solid clones. She said that the clones would be good to train with, since whatever the clone went through would be passed back to them when it vanished. This meant that he wouldn't spend years preparing for his showdown with the emolester. The more clones he used, the faster his training would go. Emiko warned them to go easy though, since using too much chakra would mean he'd be in the cemetery pushing up the grass.

Suna already had the basics of making clones down. It would be a matter of using more chakra than usual to give to the clones. It would take some getting used to, but Suna didn't think it would be too difficult. He watched as Emiko created 2 clones of her own. His mask prevented them from seeing the surprised look on his face. before today, Suna had only heard about the legendary Shadow Clone Jutsu, but to day he was seeing it with his own eyes.

He didn't hesitate to give it a try himself. Suna formed the same hand signs, concentrating on his own chakra. "Kage Bushin No Jutsu," he uttered, to see two copies of himself appear on either side of him. "Wah haw haw haw," he said, placing his fists on his hips, and his clones copied him. "Not bad, not bad at all, looking good guys!"

"Of course we do, we're you," said his first clone.

"Good job, go me!" said the second clone. The three of them chuckled and laughed in a silly manner while bowing to each other and patting each other's shoulders.

Miyuki was more curious now than nervous about her new squad. Suna didn't seem like a bad guy, just someone who liked to joke a lot. Emiko had healed her and saved her life when she was found so she had little reason to fear her despite the serious power difference between all of them. Emiko didn't flaunt it though, or act haughty. In fact, it seemed like Emiko was just seriously interested in increasing their own power and ability.

Emiko said that teaching Suna medical techniques was no problem, and that she could teach him both offensive ones and supplementary ones. She was also going to teach him about poisons if he was interested, ones he could mix with his sand to cause super lethal results to any who touched them. It all sounded quite interesting, really.

Emiko then went on to say that she could help Miyuki increase her ninjutsu skills, and teach her fuuton. She could even teach her some shields to use were someone to get too close to her. She also mentioned a friend named Avery who likely lived in Kurayami. Avery had a passive wind shield that protected her automatically, and Emiko was going to see if Avery would teach her how to do this this way she always had a means to protect herself.

However, it seemed that for now it was time to learn this jutsu that Emiko had in mind: the Shadow Clone technique. They could use these clones in training to learn things faster since whatever the clones learned when they dispersed would become knowledge for them. It sounded fascinating, really, and Miyuki was excited to get started. She watched as Emiko weaved hand signs to then create two exact copies of herself. These were solid as can be clones, and each would have chakra that could be used for jutsu. Suna went ahead and created his own clones, and their conversation made her giggle again and smile fully.

Miyuki copied what she saw Emiko doing; thankfully her Genjutsu meant she was capable of molding chakra fairly easily; so two exact copies of herself likewise appeared. All three Miyuki's looked at each other and just grinned. "Awesome.", all three of them said at the exact same time.

PostSubject: Re: Revenge Is Best Served Sandy [Team Three or Invite Only][No-Kill]   Revenge Is Best Served Sandy [Team Three or Invite Only][No-Kill] EmptySat Dec 26, 2015 2:42 pm

Suna was able to do exactly as Emiko had done and create two clones that looked identical to him; him and his clones joking among themselves. Emiko chuckled at Suna and his clones, shaking her head a bit. She didn't understand why his previous sensei had had a problem with his jokes, Emiko was more amused than anything.

Emiko would then turn her gaze onto Miyuki who likewise had been able to create two clones that looked exactly like her. Her clones and her looked at each other, grinning, and said awesome.

"Alright, excellent. Really excellent. Now, I'm going to show you exactly what I mean by the transfer of information." As Emiko would speak she would reach into her pocket and pull out two pieces of paper which were folded. "Now, for the purpose of this I want the real you's not to look. On this piece of paper is a set of instructions I want one of your clones to follow: it's directions to an exact location. When your clones get to the location I want your clone to follow the second set of instructions which is a simply question about that location that they need to answer. As soon as that's done they can disperse and the real yous will have to tell me what information you gained including the location which your clones were sent."

If neither one of them complained about the exercise she would hand one a slip of paper first to one of Suna's clones. On this piece of paper was directions to one of the ramen shops in town. The question to be answered was what was the price of a medium sized bowl of ramen. She would then hand a piece of paper to one of Miyuki's clones which had directions to one of the local glass making shops. The question was what was the price of a winged dove statue.

Emiko began to show them something else. She gave one of his and one of Miyuki's clones a piece of paper, saying she didn't want the real versions of them to see it. She wanted them to follow the instructions and then disperse themselves. Suna didn't understand, indicated when he scratched the back of his neck. Transfer of information, she said...

Still, it was better than fetching a stupid bell, so he'd wait and see what happened. Suna's clone took the paper and looked it over, then saluted Emiko before running towards the entrance to the training ground, exiting, and heading back off into the village.

Clone Suna traveled through the village and arrived at one of the local Ramen stands. After asking the chef the price of a medium bowl of Ramen, and being told 10 ryo, Suna saluted him and vanished in a cloud of smoke.

At that moment, the real Suna back at the training grounds tilted his head in confusion. He suddenly could see everything that his clone just did. "...He went and asked the price of a medium bowl of Ramen... 10 ryo?..." Then it became clear to him. Whatever his clones experienced got passed back to him when it disappeared. "...OHHH, I get it now. Transfer of info... So if I made a bunch of clones and trained with them, I could get super strong in a few days compared to a few years. That's pretty slick, coach!"

Perhaps revenge was closer than he thought it would be. This was a good thing...

PostSubject: Re: Revenge Is Best Served Sandy [Team Three or Invite Only][No-Kill]   Revenge Is Best Served Sandy [Team Three or Invite Only][No-Kill] EmptySun Dec 27, 2015 10:33 am

Emiko said that she wanted to show them what she meant by a transfer of information with an exercise. She wanted the real Suna and the real Miyuki to not look while one of their clones were given a set of instructions to follow and a question that needed answered once they were at the appropriate location. The clone was then to disperse, and they would see then the transfer of information that she was talking about. It seemed simple enough, and considering it wouldn't involve her getting too close to some adult male, she had no problem with it what so ever.

Miyuki's clone took the piece of paper, cupping her hands around it to avoid peaking even from the other clone which was attempting to look over and see what it said. The clone then turned and exited after Suna's clone and into the village. Miyuki's clone moved swiftly, reaching the glass maker in question. She would ask how much a dove statue cost to then be told 100 ryo for a three inch tall one and a 1,000 ryo for a two foot high one. The clone, after nodding respectfully, would then disperse in a puff of smoke.

Miyuki's eyes grew wide, and a grin spread across her face from ear to ear. "Oh! That's neat! My clone went to the glass shop. The price of the dove statue depends on the size you want. 100 ryo for a three inch tall one, and 1,000 ryo for a two foot high one." This was definitely going to make training more interesting. "Wow, this is really cool! We could use clones to spy and stuff too then, without putting the real us in danger."

"Um.. I do have a question, though. Are our clones able to use abilities that we have? Stuff unique to us?" She stared down at the ground, digging the toe of her shoe into the ground: she hadn't really bothered to tell anyone else what she was about to before, so she didn't know how they'd take it. "My clan, the Kamizuki. They're powerful mentally, not so much physically. So, given we use a lot of Genjutsu my clan has gained the ability to use telepathy. You know, using your mind to speak instead of your mouth. Mind reading and that sort of thing - though, I don't do that, nor would I. But um, would I be able to talk telepathically with my clones? Or like... would your clone's sand automatically protect them like you mentioned?"

PostSubject: Re: Revenge Is Best Served Sandy [Team Three or Invite Only][No-Kill]   Revenge Is Best Served Sandy [Team Three or Invite Only][No-Kill] EmptySun Dec 27, 2015 10:46 am

"Great work. I figured you'd get a kick out of that. That's precisely why I wanted you to learn Shadow Clones first. This way it'll cut all other training in half. When we go to start learning medical together I'll end up setting up several training stations at once, this way you plus your clones can practice all at the same time. Same with Miyuki's fuuton training."

"....." She had heard rumors that the Kamizuki clan, a bunch of very powerful Genjutsu weilders, had the ability to speak with their minds but it had been up until that point just rumor. Now, here was solid proof - or rather, Miyuki admitting to it. Emiko didn't have a problem with it, though, especially since Miyuki mentioned she didn't read peoples minds: Emiko didn't detect any traces of her lying, plus Miyuki just didn't seem like the type. If anything her telepathic ability would come in handy on missions and the like: it would allow her to communicate with them without anyone being able to tell. "Huh, I had heard about that but I had thought it was just a rumor. Good to know."

Emiko paused as she was about to answer her question, noticing the way the girl was acting: almost like she had been ashamed to admit it, or perhaps was worried about how they'd take it. "Miyuki, chin up. Don't hesitate to tell us things. We're all going to be working together, and we all need to just accept each other as they are. It's better we know these things anyway. Besides, something like that would definitely come in handy. If you get confronted by an enemy or something you could use your telepathy to let us know without them even being the wiser. Wireless communicators are easily spotted and taken - let alone eavesdropped on, but telepathy? It would take likely a real Genjutsu master to be able to tell you could do that."

She would then smile gently. "As far as your question goes? Yes. Anything unique to you, any ability you know, any special little thing that makes you you? Your clones have too. Suna's clones will automatically be protected with the gourds of sand they use, and your clones will automatically have your telepathy. I'll show you... Suna, I'd like to use you to demonstrate if you don't mind? No worries, I won't be using a weapon or anything harmful."

If Suna didn't protest Emiko would reach down and pick up a handful of sand before standing back up. From her hip pouch she would produce a bottle of water and pour some of it on the sand: she wasn't going to throw a weapon at him after all nor use a jutsu of any kind against her own student. She would shape the wet sand into a ball and then lightly toss it at Suna's clone - simply to prove the point. If anything he could easily catch it, even if the sand gourd didn't protect him, but that's what she was aiming to prove - that it would in fact block attacks.

Miyuki was able to complete the exercise laid before them by Emiko too. She was asked to go to a glass shop and ask the priuce of specific merchandise. Miyuki asked an interesting question after that, and one Suna himself was wondering about: were the clones able to do everything they did?

She said her clan was heavy on Genjutsu, and they could also use telepathy. They could speak with their minds and read other people's minds as well. It was one of the experiments from his home village; something they were researching and trying to bring out of some of the other "Baby Weapons," most of the time by force and torture.

Suna wasn't privy to the idea of someone going inside of his head and reading his thoughts like a book. But Emiko was right in saying having something like telepathy could be very useful, especially since Wireless Communicators could be wire tapped. Emiko also confirmed that the clones they made could do everything they could, and to demonstrate she picked up some sand, poured water on it so that it became somewhat solid, then chucked it over towards his clone.

When the wet ball of sand was released from her fingers, there was the sound of the cork being ejected from the gourd. Before the sand ball could hit him a mass of brown appeared in front of the clone Suna to block.

Spoiler:

"Kinda strange to see it from the outside," Suna admitted.

Neither Suna nor Emiko seemed all that bothered by the idea of telepathy; at least their reactions weren't the ones she used to get. In fact, Emiko even went so far as to say that it would come in handy: wireless communicators could be taken or eavesdropped on while telepathy couldn't. It would take a real Genjutsu master to be able to figure out that she could use telepathy, and Miyuki happened to agree.

Emiko then went on to explain that their abilities, in fact, did trasnfer to their clones. Her telepathy and Suna's shield. To prove this she made a ball of wet sand and then tossed it lightly at the remaining clone of Suna's. Suna's clone's sand automatically blocked the ball.

"Cool.", Miyuki said, grinning again. "So what's next?", she asked curiously.

Suna's clone was easily able to block the ball of wet sand she had tossed his way, thus proving her point without risking injury to him or his clone. It was how a sensei was supposed to act after all: teach, but never harm. Even punishments were supposed to be devised as a way to better the shinobi in their care: such as running laps around the village to build stamina while punishing them, or so forth. It made Emiko wonder for a second what sort of punishment Temaki had decided to hand down to Okami Uchiha, but she didn't allow that to distract her for too long.

"Well. If you two arn't too tired from the Shadow Clone jutsu we can move on to what you both wished to learn: medical ninjutsu for Suna, and fuuton and shields for you, Miyuki. In the center of this training field is an oasis, it'll be perfect for training: the pond there is filled with fish, which is a traditional animal to train medical ninjutsu on. There will also be enough room for your fuuton training as well."

If neither of them said they were too tired she would motion with her right hand for them to follow her. In silence she would turn and lead the way to the oasis she spoke of; her clones likewise keeping pace with her. It was a large area, shaded by palm trees. There was a large pile of rocks from which a spring came from, creating a small water fall into the deep pool beneath it. The pool was deep enough to swim in, and about as large as an Olympic sized swimming pool. It was filled with all sorts of colorful fish. There was comfortably grass as well within the shade; making the oasis ten degrees cooler than the rest of the training field.

Okami sighed as he walked out onto the training field. It was a long walk to where the rest of his team was training. Being a Genin again was...strange, but he wouldn't argue, not when it was either that or be exiled. He didn't feel as if he should wield Kusanagi, not at his level, so he bore his normal katana. He would be dressed as he usually is, a high-collared short sleeve shirt with his clan's symbol emblazoned on the back, long pants with leg wraps, and a white rope that held his blade. He would see them walking to the oasis, so he decided to meet them there. Waiting for them at the small oasis, he would wordlessly hand Emiko the sealed envelope containing his "punishment" from Temaki. After doing so, he would smile and shake his head.

"So, I am to join you guys as a Genin, and earn my rank back. Suna, I apologize for pulling my sword on you. I only meant to cut off your mask. It was wrong of me to do. I...suppose I should introduce myself formally. I am Okami Uchiha, your new squadmate. I hope we can all get along! I will tell you, I have my Sharingan. So, anything you guys know I can learn and catch up pretty quick."

Letting his smile fade, he would get a single minded focus as he watched the two other Genin for their reactions. They would notice a new scar along his throat, just above his jugular, and kanji carved into his arm, reading "Memories of Sin". It would be obvious that the former was from Rin, and the latter was carved into his arm by himself so that he would never forget or forgive himself.

With the whole shadow clone demonstration done, it was time to learn how to be a med. In the center of the training ground was an "oasis in the desert" so to speak. Emiko said there was a ponds with fish, and the normal way of practicing med jutsu were on fish.

Suna began to wonder exactly how he would begin, before hearing a familiar voice. "So I am to join you guys as a Genin, and get my rank back," he said. Suna and his remaining clone turned to look in the direction of the exit to the training ground, to see one Okami Uchiha.

Suna would have ordinarily burst out laughing, but he looked to see that this guy had been cutting himself. Temaki must have laid down her ruling, and demoted him back to the beginning. But to put him on their squad? Miyuki had to be scared out of her mind of this guy, or at the very least disgusted. Suna wasn't even in his usual joker mood at the moment, from being so focused on learning how to be a med.

He apologized, but it didn't really mean anything to Suna. "Oh, so humiliation instead of death," Suna uttered, his hands balling themselves into fists, not really hearing anything he said beyond admitting that he wanted to cut off his mask. "Big bad Jounin, not even a Jounin anymore. You trying to be friends now? I can tell you that's not gonna happen. If Temaki and coach thinks this is a good idea then I guess there's nothing I can do about it, but don't expect me to be bonding with you anytime soon or any of that junk."

Suna and his clone turned and continued walking towards the lake in the center of the training grounds. "You're a Genin again... boo hoo for you. I don't even feel like making fun of you right now. So as long as you keep out of my way, we won't have any problems."

Emiko was given a letter. Suna wondered what it said, but if he had to guess, it was to let her know that their team now had a 3rd member, as punishment for his earlier actions. How was this going to play out now... the things he was currently learning, he planned to use them once he figured he was strong enough to have his revenge. The experience of being paired up with someone he eventually planned to murder would be interesting.

"Oh god, no...", the telepathic message would leave her mind without a second though relaying as it entered into Emiko and Suna's minds complete and utter fear. This was how the Harukage was punishing him? By making him a Genin and then throwing him on their squad; throwing him in with the very people who the problem started with? The urge to flee, the need to just run back to her room in the orphanage and lock the door, was strong. So strong in fact that her and her remaining Shadow Clone actually glanced backward in the direction of the training ground gates. This just couldn't be happening.

But it was, and she couldn't just run away now.

Already she had learned a lot under Emiko sensei's guiding hand. She not only had learned how to preform Shadow Clone Jutsu but had learned a great deal about it; including the way clones transferred information when they dispersed. She was going to learn Fuuton techniques, including a shield that would protect her. Emiko sensei had also mentioned going on several trips: one of which included going to Kurayamigakure so that she could meet someone named Avery and learn a passive wind shield ability that would keep her safe all on its own. She couldn't turn her back on that now, she couldn't turn her back on Suna and Emiko.

"....." Miyuki would say nothing out loud as she squared her shoulders and simply looked past Okami: ignoring for the moment his words and his scars - both the old and the new. She would simply walk over to the emptiest area of the oasis, figuring that it would be the best place to practice wind techniques without worrying about flying debris. Oh yeah, this was going to be fuuuuuun.

Well, this was going to be fun. Okami Uchiha arrived and for a moment Emiko couldn't help but to think it was in an attempt to take a shot at Suna Hari: the sand from Emiko's gourd responding by beginning to swirl around herself - ready to reach out and protect her squad. However, as the sealed letter from the Harukage was handed over, the seal popped, and the message read, it became clear that Okami Uchiha wasn't lying. He had really been ranked back down to a Genin and was in fact her third Genin for her squad.

Suna's response was pretty much what she figured it would be: he clearly stated that if Okami thought they could all be friends he was sadly mistaken, and even added not to expect him to be able to bond with Okami. Needless to say it was exactly the kind of reaction she was expecting. Miyuki's reaction, was not. The telepathic message, a simple three words, had relayed all kinds of fear. Yet, Miyuki's physical response was to simple square her shoulders and walk over to the clearing within the oasis. Emiko had expected her to run towards the exit as quickly as possible, especially since that was the direction her clone and her had looked in, but she hadn't. It seemed that the little bit of interaction that Suna and Emiko had had with her had been enough to start to build up her courage.

"Well, this'll be interesting.", Emiko muttered. She then focused her full attention onto Okami and gave him a once over in a way that was simply to judge his strengths and weaknesses by sight. "You've missed quite a bit so far. Your teammates have told me what they wish to learn, as well as what background information they wished to share. I don't need to tell you that whatever you read in their files is to stay in your head: if they don't feel like sharing it then that's their business. I didn't read their files and I have no intentions of doing so as I've already told them. This squad is about trust; and it would seem you don't have any - so you need to start working on building some. If that's possible.", she would glance towards Suna and Miyuki, not exactly blaming them if they found themselves unable to trust Okami: he had screwed up, and his actions were going to have fallout of varying degree. It was something he would just have to deal with.

"I've taught your teammates the Shadow Clone Jutsu, and gone over the various purposes of it; including that of training. Now, Suna has informed me he's interested in medical, while Miyuki has informed me she wants to learn fuuton. If there's something you wish to better yourself in let me know and we'll figure it out. I'm going to treat you the same as I would any other Genin assigned to me; and not as a former Jounin. So, with that said: pick something you want to learn and get ready for some hard training. Also, do you know the Shadow Clone jutsu already?"

As Emiko waited for a response she thought about how it was best to handle all of this: he had mentioned having awakened his Sharingan? Would this create more conflict? She could only hope for the best while preparing for the worst. Emiko would weave a serious of handseals, causing another clone to appear. One clone would head towards the water, ushering Okami over while the other would walk over to join Miyuki in the clearing.

Shrugging his shoulders, Okami would reply that no, he did not know the Shadow Clone Jutsu. As for trust, he expected as much. Suna would likely never trust him again, and he probably hadn't in the first place. Miyuki, like he had told Temaki, was a different story. He had come to view her as a little sister after reading her file, and the loss of what little trust she could afford him due to her past was...troubling. It was enough to drive him crazy. Damned Uchiha passions. Activating his Sharingan, a single tomoe would swirl within blood-red orbs as he watched his new Sensei use the Shadow Clone jutsu. Ram, Serpent, Tiger, a fingertip's worth of chakra, and viola. Two Okamis stood at the original's side, only taking a portion more chakra than Emiko had used. There was a reason the Sharingan was known for it's copycat techniques, after all. One would follow Emiko's clone while the other would wander off to meditate on what he had done earlier. Okami already knew of the clone technique's information transferring properties, so it was a good place to start. Looking at the real Emiko, he would begin to speak, a horrible truth coming to light at the same time as a request.

"Emiko-sensei, what I am about to ask is highly dangerous. I...want to train my Sharingan. I overheard you saying that you know Medical Ninjutsu, and it got me thinking. I need you to virtually kill me, and bring me back. Over and over again, until it awakens further. The first time I awakened it, I was in Kurayamigakure, and one of their Shinobi nearly killed me over a Morigakure Missing-nin. I'll fight back, so it seems real. The truth behind the Sharingan lies within it's ability to evolve through extreme emotion. This normally requires a stressful situation where the Uchiha or someone they are close to has their life threatened or worse. Doing it in a controlled environment is safest for both of us, and if we do it right then I might awaken more than just the second tomoe, and fully mature it."

So, to learn meds! This was going to be an experience. With the way he was headed, he would have never gotten a chance like this, to learn how to heal, and possibly concoct some potions and poisons.

Miyuki voiced her displeasure at having a certain somebody put on their squad, and for some reason he could hear it in his head as if she said it with her mouth. For a second it looked as if she'd run away, but she seemed to shake that off. Just like him, she wasn't going to ruin the chance to learn a new specialty, and to travel to another village.

As he arrived to the water's edge with his clone and Emiko's clone, he looked in to see various fish swimming. He was still sort of confused as to how using them would help him learn meds, but Emiko was likely about to demonstrate. Suna and his clones took one knee to look closely at the water and the creatures swimming within.

He caught wind of a conversation behind them. "Emiko-sensei, what I am about to ask is highly dangerous. I...want to train my Sharingan. I overheard you saying that you know Medical Ninjutsu, and it got me thinking. I need you to virtually kill me, and bring me back. Over and over again, until it awakens further. "...." Uchihas... he had no problem with the clan as a whole, but there were some of them that gave the rest a bad rep. Okami was beginning to seem like a rush job; one that took shortcuts in order to get strong. He said he got into a fight in the dark village, and one of their shinobi nearly killed him, thus the reason for him having those eyes. Suna would have paid to see that fight, and also made him want to visit the dark village even more.

But what he was asking Emiko to do just seemed... wrong. "You can't be serious coach, you wouldn't do something like that, right?" Suna voiced outloud. "Me and Miyuki have to start from scratch, but this dude gets to put in life cheat codes and get super eyes from the start? Hey, so I guess that means we all get to cheat then, huh? Are we all gonna learn some super power to start out with?"

Suna made a strange motion with his hands. With the cork of his gourd off, some of the sand from within moved in a snake-like motion between his opened hands. The sand began to take the shape of a sword, and slowly crystallize into glass. Suna used his own imagination to form the pattern of the sword.

Suna didn't actually want to cheat. He was all for learning Meds from the bottom and slowly train it up to the top. That way he knew everything about it and was practiced, so that maybe when he grew up he could know how to perform complex surgeries on people, and at the same time knowing exactly how to kill someone in the shortest amount of time possible.
