Description: Due to their 'breathable' skin clan members litterally breath through their skin instead of breathing normally. This also allows them to absorb moisture through their skin and become immune to suiton based techniques. Members of this clan cannot be fully clothed or they will suffocate (unless special clothing is apped).

Description: Photosynthesis is a process used by plants and other organisms to convert light energy, normally from the Sun, into chemical energy that can be later released to fuel the organisms' activities. Due to this when the clan member is in the presence of sunlight or Light Release techniques they gain a +2 in power to all jutsu (this includes when they are using Light Release as well).

General Description: Shizuka stands at five feet five inches tall and weighs in at one hundred and fifteen pounds: this leads her to having a thin slender feminine figure. Her bust is a C cup in size, adding more to this feminine figure of hers. Her skin is pale and her hair is white: it goes down to below her buttocks with bangs framing her face and bringing out her red colored eyes. Over her left eye wears an eyepatch. Due to thick black lashes naturally framing her eyes she wears no make up whatsoever.
Shizuka wears very little clothing, however the reasoning behind this might not be what you think. Due to her breathable skin, an ability that causes her to essentially breath through her skin itself, the more clothing she wears the more likely she is to suffocate. It is due to this that she wears little more than a black bikini the majority of the time as the main staple item of her attire.
Over top of this bikini she will sometimes wear a black hooded sleeveless coat whose length reaches right below her knees. This coat is trimmed in red around the outer edge, and the inside of the hood is likewise red in color. The inside of the coat is silk, creating a delicate smoothness against Shizuka's skin. Bandages usually cover her arms, stomach, and legs, disappearing down beneath thigh high black combat boots. Around her waist is a brown leather belt which holds her weapon: something she is almost never seen without.

Personality: Shizuka. Quiet. Mute. Silent. Inaduible. These are many names that Shizuka has been called throughout the years. She has spoken not a single word since the day those who held her captive informed her that they had brutally slaughtered her parents due to them trying to hide her birth from them. it was traumatizing information and a reminder not to back talk or mouth off to those who could easily end her life.
From the time she could walk and talk Shizuka was honed into a lethal weapon. She was taught not to show any mercy, and taught not to hesitate when it came to attacking her enemy. She was trained to obey any command given to her, and that attempting to defy orders would result in death.
When it comes to dealing with her enemies she is quick and very effecient. She will not hesitate to hurt or harm someone. Torture is not above her either: if her task is to gain information than she will do so by any means nessecary.
She has the patience is a saint. Willing to wait for as long as it takes to track down or hunt an enemy. She can sit for hours without complaint, nor without showing signs of becoming bored. Due to this she loves to meditate: she can spend hours in that sort of state and never think twice about it.
While this is Shizuka's current personality it isn't to say she will always be like this: with the right kind of guidance she can begin to change to blossom into something other than a hardened killer with no respect for life: her own or otherwise.
History: The Akiko clan is a very powerful Senjutsu clan. Their rituals of long ago created a bond like no other with the nature around them: which essentially changed them for forever. The Akiko clan lived in peace for hundreds of years, having settled first into the land of Sabakugakure no Sato. They thrived there in the bright sunlight and constant heat, living near an oasis that kept them constantly near a body of water which was quite important for the plant-like clan.
Their power, however, was something that brought far too much attention to the clan. Soon the Nightmare organization which had settled into Kurayamigakure no Sato took a liking to the idea of the clan's power. By night many were kidnapped and the rest slaughtered. Those who were kidnapped were experimented on like animals, forced to reproduce to keep their population up. The newest born were taken from their parents and forced to become soldiers which allowed them to tap into their Senjutsu abilities far earlier than normal.
When the Nightmare organization was destroyed the Akiko clan's suffering did not end: those who came after continued on with the experiments and forced the clan to stay alive. This was when Shizuka came into existence: born to parents she didn't know, parents whom she was told later when she asked were slaughtered for trying to defy them by hiding the child away. That was the last day that she spoke: causing those who held her to call her Shizuka meaning "Quiet".
Shizuka grew up at the hand of her 'masters' trained from the time she could walk and talk to become a vicious and violent weapon who reacted upon command without hesitation or second guessing. She was honed into a lethal killer: her soul purpose being to end the existence of those who crossed her masters wrong. It was essentially kill or be killed.
When new experiments came along she would have to fight for her survival: if she was beaten she would be disgarded like old trash. Killing, death, and violence, were all she knew. The more brutal and cruel she was, the more blood she spilled, the happier her masters were. Happy masters meant special treats: more food at meal time, the heat turned up a few notches so that she wouldn't freeze as she slept, extra water.
When the group who took over Kurayamigakure no Sato appeared and ran out Shizuka's old masters she was taken away with those who escaped death: hidden away while they try and create a new army to take back over the village. But, will that be Shizuka's fate? Or will perhaps her life as a weapon draw to an end after fifteen years of waiting?
