| Clan: Seiketsu-sa [ Cleanliness ~ 清潔さ] Location: Umigakure Clan History: The Seiketsu-sa clan and it's abilities are a relatively new, as it was only created about 20 years ago by a sensei and three of his students within Umigakure who at the time of the initial creation were genin. As such, none of the members are currently related though in the future they may be through marriage and the like. The creation of this clan started with the notion that bubbles have always been something that water users have used in different techniques throughout the world, and they wanted to take the techniques to another level by adding soap into the mix of things. Soap, having some level of toxicity was difficult for them to get a handle on, but after a few years of training and experimentation varying with each individuals abilities, they were able to change their bodies to be able to handle and manipulate it, even changing their genetic make up to do so, through medical ninjutsu. Description: Awaton is a release that is derived from controlling the chemical compounds that are found in soap, usually along with the use of suiton. Soap can cause burning, and other such toxic affects when used as a weapon because it's toxicity when condensed. It can also be used to cleanse wounds, or as a get away because it has a slippery nature.

Type: Clan based
Description: Members of Seiketsu-sa clan are constantly covered with a slick coating of soap and water. This makes them difficult for anyone to grab hold of them as they can slip out of their grip. Someone their rank can grab hold of them for 1 post, while someone higher than their rank can grab them for 2 posts. While in Sabakugakure because of the heat/sand, someone of 1 or 2 ranks lower can grab them for 1 post, someone of their rank can grab them for 2, and someone of higher rank can grab them for 3.
- Toxin/Poison Resistance:
Name: Poison/Toxin Resistance
Type: Clan based
Description: Members of Seiketsu-sa clan are immune to any and all poisons or toxins that they come into contact with and have synthesized previously. They are able to do this within the thread they come into contact with the poison/toxin, however they do feel some effects from it for 2 posts.
- Toxin/Poison Creation:
Name: Poison/Toxin Creation
Type: Clan based
Description: Seiketsu-sa clan members able to reproduce and use nearly any poison or toxin they come into contact with because of the base toxicity of soap. Once exposed, they must undergo a specialized training session in which they breakdown and analyze the poison, and then learn to create it themselves. This requires a minimal word count of 500 words for a B-rank poison/toxin, with an additional; 200 words required for each rank above B.
Clan Drawbacks:
- Clan members CANNOT take Doton or any other plant/earth related release(s), and all Doton and Mud release techniques have a +1 against clan members. This is due to the techniques 'muddying up' the soap, making it less effective.
- Within Sabakugakure, because of the heat and sand, clan member abilities are reduced -2 tiers with the maximum reduction being to D rank. This can be changed to a reduction of 1 tier if the user has one or more D-rank item that holds a water and soap solution (holding multiples of such items will not cause further reductions.)
- Because this clan is NEW ICly ( created about 20 years ago ), there may only be 3 members at a time currently, and they must have learned this in a similar way to each other. Discuss with Anshō to be sure of accuracy.
