The giant iron fan has a metal body, with 3 swirls across the fan. The strength of the fan is indicated by how many swirls are present. The fan itself can also be used as a club or to block attacks: capable of inflicting broken bones, and even deadly injuries if the victim were to be hit in the head (It does Taijutsu based damage equal to its rank). It is also able to deflect and block kunai and shuriken when opened as well as senbon and other projectiles, and can also be lodged into the ground to act as a stand up shield (The shield can block against physical attacks and weapon based attacks of its rank and lower). The fan stands at about 4 foot 5 inches tall.
Enhancements: Fuuton boost. As each swirl is revealed (up to 3 swirls), the fans power increases, granting more power to each Fuuton based attack the user launches. 1 swirl equals regular strength Fuuton attacks. 2 swirls equals a +1 to all Fuuton based attacks in both rank and power. 3 swirls equals a +2 to all Fuuton based attacks in both rank and power. Only one swirl can be revealed per post.

Description: The user has a constant shield of air that acts a natural repellent around their bodies that increases in strength as they rank up: becoming stronger as they do. This shield does not cost chakra to use unless the user is attempting to use it above their current rank jutsu allowance at which case it will cost normal chakra).
D Rank: The shield can repel small projectile weapons such as kunai, shuriken, senbon, ect. The shield is close to the user's body, only about three inches away from the user's skin, head to toe.
C Rank: The shield can repel medium sized objects such as arrows, daggers, and larger knives or short swords.
B Rank: Not only can the shield protect against projectiles, but it now acts as a shield to Taijutsu and Kenjutsu attacks a rank below the user's rank and lower, stopping them by creating a force of air with enough force to push against the fist or sword.
A Rank: The shield continues to protect against projectiles, Tai, and Kenjutsu attacks one rank lower than the user and lower.
S Rank: The user no longer has to focus on the shield to control it when wanting to move it towards a specific part of the user's body, it acts automatically to protect free of the users actual will power, protecting against attacks the users rank and lower when used this way. It continues, when used normally, to protect the user from attacks one rank and lower than the user.
SS Rank: The absolute strength of this shield has been reached at this point. No attack can break through without the user wanting them to. Weapons of SS rank and lower are destroyed when coming into contact with this shield. Anyone coming into contact with it armored or otherwise will die.
Any any given time the user can cancel this shield for periods of time, or reactive it. Please note that whatever rank this jutsu is used at the shield moves at tier three of that rank (meaning S rank will move at S-3 speed, ect).
If the user is familiar and comfortable with someone the passive wind shield will not automatically attack them.

Description: The fan whips up a tempest and summons Kama who rides the wind (unless already summoned in which she joins into the attack), slashing through everything it touches. The effects of the technique stretch outwards for several hundred metres. The swirling winds also whip up trees, boulders, and other forms of debris, which then rain down on the helpless enemy. It is highly effective when surrounded on all sides, when the enemy's position is relatively unknown, or when the enemy is hiding behind a shield.
One of this technique's weaknesses is the fact that it exposes the user's position; however, it needs no hand signs, and thus can be delivered in an instant.

Description: Kama is a weasel with whom can be summoned. The amount of chakra used to summon Kama depends on the strength and skills. Kama's specs and Fuuton abilities are equal to that of the rank in which she is summoned. Kama's stats will be tier 3 of the rank summoned.
Kama can either attack on her own using any library technique she has the appropriate specs for, or can be used to combine attacks with the user whom summoned her.

Description: This is the power of suggestion/persuasion. Innocently playing with the mind of the target, this genjutsu is cast through the voice of the user. Anyone caught by it is subjected to being manipulated by the caster.
D rank: Simply for getting information or planting information in the target's head by suggesting it. Cannot influence actions or decisions, purely to ask questions and get answers; or give false answers and hope they're believed. (Up to 2 people can be affected at a time.) Costs 10 Chakra. Can only be used for one post.
C rank: Influencing basic actions such as movement, and pushing directional thoughts on the target. ("Don't you think you should be getting home, now?") ("C'mon, follow me~ It'll be fun, right?") Unable to implant nor multiply the intensity of emotions. (Up to 4 people can be affected at a time.) Costs 15 Chakra. Costs 10 Chakra for every post after.
B rank: ABLE to implant or multiply the intensity of emotions, subtly or otherwise. ("I can't believe he did that! God, I'd be pretty angry. What about you?") ("Look, we were scared before... But now I'm terrified out of my mind. I can't stop shaking. How are you holding up?") (Up to 6 people can be affected at a time.) Costs 20 Chakra. Costs 15 Chakra for every post after.
A rank: Full out manipulating the actions and thoughts of another person. Still can't force someone to do something violent they would never consider outside of the genjutsu. Emotions can fully be manipulated ("You're angry! See? Told you!") At this sort of control people can be talked into starting a riot, looting, robbing, ect. (Up to 8 people can be affected at a time.) Costs 25 Chakra. Costs 20 Chakra for every post after.
S Rank: Full out manipulation of someone else; including being able to talk them into anything and everything from killing themselves, harming someone they care for, or going on a full blown killing spree of friends and family. ("You have to kill them... yes, that's right, put the knife in!") This is total and complete control; there is nothing at this point that someone cannot be talked into - killing themselves, killing others, robbing and looting, even defecting a village. (Up to 10 people can be affected at a time). Costs 30 Chakra. Costs 25 Chakra for every post after.
