Clan: Dovahkiin (Dragonborn)

Clan History: A Dragonborn, (transliterated from DOVAhKIiN to Dovahkiin in the Dragon language), is a rare individual who has been born with the blood and soul of a Dragon, but the body of a mortal, and can naturally learn and speak their ancient and powerful tongue, called the Thu'um.
Some Dragonborn individuals have knowledge of the Thu'um, and can consume a slain Dragon's soul and absorb its knowledge, allowing them to learn Words of Power quickly. It is said that the Blades have always guided, protected, and served the Dragonborn, whom they consider "The ultimate Dragon slayer".
The Prophecy of the Dragonborn, generally attributed to the Elder Scrolls, and sometimes to the ancient Akaviri, tells that, at the end of time, in the wake of the World-Eater, the wheel will turn upon the "Last Dragonborn" and the clan will help to end the World-Eaters reign.
The first Dragonborn in history was Miraak, a Dragon Priest from a long lost era. Instead of using his Dragonborn powers to fight Alduin, Miraak decided to serve Hermaeus Mora instead, making himself an enemy of the Dragon Cult he once served. He was eventually defeated by the Dragons and went into hiding, failing to complete his destiny to destroy Alduin. He was later encountered and ironically destroyed shortly after the latest ninja war by one of the Dragonborn clan.
The next Dragonborn was purportedly Saint Alessia, the slave who was said to be blessed by Akatosh and given the Amulet of Kings to seal the covenant between them.
Reman Cyrodiil was considered to be the next Dragonborn after Alessia. Upon their defeat, the invaders of his homeland recognized him as Dragonborn and swore unceasing loyalty to him.
Tiber Septim, was the next individual to be recognized as Dragonborn.
As the years passed more and more individuals were seen to be true Dragonborn throughout the clan; and it seemed as if the clan was blossoming in power, turning out more and more individuals who could wield the power of the Words of Power. As this came to be the clan turned from being considered a cult into an actual recognized clan.
Having once been centered out of Sungakure they became scattered; spreading their abilities in an attempt to keep the dragons from returning once more to the world and reigning destruction down upon mankind.

Kekkei Genkai: Thu'um
Kekkei Genkai Description: Members of the Dovahkiin are capable of enhancing their voices with Ninjutsu and preforming Words of Power, shouts, or otherwise known as Thu'um. These Thu’um vary greatly in their abilities, as well as their powers. For every Word of Power that is learned the Thu’um becomes more powerful, increasing its potential for disaster against an opponent. The majority of Thu’um take 3 words to place it to its ultimate power, though there are a few rare words that add an additional word which increases it beyond that of a normal shout’s potential.
Drawbacks:
- Anyone belonging to this clan cannot accept Sharingan or Byukagan eyes even if they’ve been won in an event. Attempting to transplant them anyway will result in the eyes being destroyed and the Dovahkiin being blinded without reversal. However, the Dovahkiin may accept other dojutsu beyond those two.
- For the Dovahkiin’s second specialty they MUST choose a physical specialty (Kenjutsu or Taijutsu or Archery, OR they may choose Medical Ninjutsu).
- Dovahkiin cannot be your first character. You must have a pre-approved character already created.

Description: Unrelenting Force is the very first shout learned by the Dragonborn. This shout is the most often used for most of the Dovahkiin clan as it comes in handy during most situations. The strength of this Thu’um depends on the strength of the Dovahkiin, as it grows in power as they learn more words (rank up).
B – Rank: "Fus!" Hitting someone with the Unrelenting Force shout will stagger them. This is handy when used against an opponent who uses physical attacks as it can cause them to lose their balance, thus interrupting their attack. The words must be spoken for the jutsu to work.
A – Rank: "Fus Ro!" Hitting someone with the Unrelenting Force shout will not only stagger them but will also interrupt any jutsu the opponent might be attempting to perform. This can be performed on two people at the same time so long as they’re within three meters of each other.
S – Rank: "Fus Ro Dah!" Hitting someone with Unrelenting Force at this rank will cause anyone within a seven meters of the intended target to go flying backwards, off their feet, for ten feet. This will cause them to suffer environmental damage, and will stun any of those affected for their next post. If used near a cliff or high drop this will cause them to also suffer fall damage or even death if the area is high enough up.
SS – Rank: "Fus Ro Dah!" Hitting someone with Unrelenting Force at this rank will cause the same knock back effect as before, however anyone not wearing A-Rank or higher armor will be incinerated (turned to ash) by the sheer volatile force of this jutsu.
