Morigakure Bingo Book

Bingo Book is a black book used by ninjas that contain any and all information on black listed ninja they are to target. The bingo book entries are compiled by the village’s high ranking official, usually the kage, that are then distributed to Jounin and ANBU members. Those listed are typically dangerous ninjas from rival villages, missing ninjas or potential threats that are to be eliminated given the opportunity.
